Been coming here for awhile now. Over 2 years. Martha, one of the supervisors at the front desk, is the best. Very knowledgeable about the hotel and the local area. If you like to bike or walk this place is great. If you want to stay at the hotel, then this place has it too. Gym and restaurant are very good. Restaurant is on the eighth floor and has panoramic views and the food is great. This place is 10 out of 10.
Amazing innovative hotel. From the moment you walk in your senses are filled with delight. From the gorgeous scent in the lobby to the visually beautiful art displayed everywhere, its a dream. The staff here was lovely from the front desk to the pool bar staff to the restaurant downstairs... impeccable! We had an amazing driver named Jim that shuttled us wherever we wanted to go and had really good suggestions and knowledge of the area. This hotel is a definite must when in town even if you're just popping in to see the art or have a drink.
Kathleen was very nice, attentive and very helpful. I looked forward to seeing her every morning at breakfast. She wasn't afraid to talk to people and help people at breakfast. Everyone just stood around, didn't help or even talk to you. You could tell that Kathleen loved her job and what she does. The front desk staff was amazing (Maria). Thank you to all the staff who made our 7 day vacation amazing!! My husband and I will definitely return. I forgot to mention the availability to ride the bikes was a pleasant experience and all the shops, mall and stores was in walking distance.
NNicola DWe came in as a late check in and the night person Eric was amazing! Make sure to give him a pat on the back or an Amazon gift card lol he was awesome he definitely helped my family out with a smooth check in. Thank you Eric! Oh also everyone at this location was very nice. It was clean bed was comfy and breakfast was tasty and the pool was warm at night.
訪訪客No exaggeration. Worst hotel experience in my life. Elevator broken. They offered to help bring up some of our luggage, which was nice, but the guy broke the handle off the suitcase half way up the stairwell. They gave us the wrong room number (written on the card envelope) and when we we trying to open the door, a guy in his underwear opened the door to pot smoke filled room with fists up and threatened to punch my wife. A/C was broken. Our room smelled. Our room door was broken. TV had issues Half way through my shower the water simply cut out - zero water for a few minutes We came back from dinner and there was a lady yelling at the front desk about how the microwave in the common area “f**ng Sucks! It won’t even heat up a simple thing!!” When we brought up these issues to the front desk, there was no empathy and the kid behind the front desk said there was nothing he could do. This place is incredibly mismanaged. There was zero empathy from the staff. I hope Hilton reads this and fires the manager and gets someone who can fix these problems so the next people who stay here don’t have such a horrendous time, as we and others had here.
