伊萊姆花園公寓酒店(Irem Garden Hotel & Apartments)

Images qui ne correspondent nullement à celle du site de l'hôtel. Limite un établissement en totale reconstruction, limite à l'abandon. La liste des problèmes rencontrés est longue. Aucun accès au restaurant. Petit dej pris en extérieur sous l'espace couvert...mais ouvert. Panne de courant générale dans le secteur mais pas de groupe électrogène pour prendre le relais. Résultat: dans le noir jusqu'à 23h30. Pas de wifi...sans supplément. Aucun ménage fait sur les 5 jours sur place. Les matelas étaient extrêmement durs. Aucune serviette de toilette remplacée. Une de mes collègues a failli voir ses cheveux brûler en utilisant le sèche cheveux. Pas d'eau chaude lors de la panne de courant. Le petit dej nous était servi par un gentil monsieur qui n'hésitait pas à nous rendre de la nourriture si besoin. Mais pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de séjourner dans des complexes 5*, rien à voir ! Pas de buffet. Les seuls autres locataires semblaient être résidents ou ouvriers qui travaillaient à la rénovation de l'hôtel...ou sur la construction de l'immense hôtel à côté. Seuls points positifs: la disponibilité du patron ainsi que sa gentillesse, même s'il ne parlait que le turc (il n'a fait aucune difficulté à nous rendre des couvertures supplémentaires) ainsi que la piscine restée pleine, ce qui n'était pas le cas du côté de l'accueil où les piscines étaient entièrement vides... En conclusion: si vous n'êtes vraiment pas difficile et que vous ne recherchez qu'un hébergement, cela peut être suffisant... Mais...

Hôtel bien situé un petit oasis de verdure, très spacieux. Large choix d'appartements Le personnel d'entretien est dévoué et très compétent La réception est vraiment très cool, serviable et met à l'aise toute une communauté de clients très divers Le respect et un soucis de se montrer responsable guide la vie de ces professionnels de l'hôtellerie de vacances

Don’t waste your money and time! This hotel is the worst I’ve ever been to in Turkey. First of all this hotel is not worth of 3 stars as I explain below: 1- no room cleaning until you complain! 2- terrible food with dangerous objects in it! 3- no safety in the room! 4- depressing music at breakfast, lunch and dinner! As if we were at a non-ending funeral instead of having a holiday! 5- Neither the receptionist nor the personnel or even the manager speak English! 6- Rude and reckless personnel! Especially the receptionist, and the manager (all he does is sit here and there, watch things on his phone, and have tea and coffee). 7- The only good thing is the shuttle that takes you to the beach and the fees for sunbeds and umbrellas is included in the price you pay. Rooms are in very bad condition, old, damaged and musty. The bathroom is darkened by mould and pieces of tiles fall off from the walls. As can be seen from the photos, the locks of the room doors are super old and very easy to open without a key! What’s worse is there’s no way to lock the door when you want to go to sleep and anyone can easily enter to your room and take your belongings. Therefore, we could never leave our belongings and had to carry them everywhere with us. Not acceptable! They mix the leftovers of the previous meals with some vegetables and serve it for lunch and dinner. In 5 days at lunch and dinner, we could eat only rice/pasta and salad. The meat was usually ready-made cheap chicken nuggets or flat meatballs that had no taste, let alone nutritional value! The last night,in the photos, I chewed a metal scrubber in my salad! When I felt the pain and showed it, they didn't even say SORRY! They said ‘Ohh you are unlucky! What to do!’ Our room wasn’t cleaned until we complained! The receptionist casually said ‘Ohh they must’ve forgotten. I see if I can find someone to clean.’ What the hell?! After our reaction, next day, the third day, the room is ‘cleaned’ without changing the sheets or towels! Also, the sheets and towels are badly stained to the extend that we didn’t want to use.

Ailecek tatil yaptık. Kesinlikle fiyat performans hatta fiyatından üstün performans. Yemekler çok çeşit değildi ama güzeldi . Çalışanlar ilgili Güler yüzlü. Her isteği karşılamaya çalışıyorlar. Odalar eşyalar eski . Yatakları rahatsız. Ama bu fiyata 5 yıldızlı otel beklememek gerek. Bizim beklentimizi karşıladı. Son gün yaptığı jestten dolayı Mustafa beye ve resepsiyondaki arkadaşa teşekkür ederiz ☺️

Les chambres sentent le renfermé, une salle de bain délabrée. Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et nous avons dû changer de chambre 2 FOIS avant d’en trouver une MOINS sale que les autres. Les draps étaient sales, les serviettes également. Les toilettes se sont mises à ne plus fonctionner d’un coup, sans raison. Le pommeau de douche était cassé et toute l’eau sortait par le fil. La porte d’entrée se fermait à peine, un nourrisson pourrait ouvrir la porte d’entrée qui est censé être fermée à clé sans forcer. Bref, c’est vraiment à fuir.

Une équipe du tonnerre un accueil très souriant à la réception. Un hôtel qui mérite de figurer au guiness des records en matière d'hôtellerie Si je devais faire 10 kms à pied, avec un bagage de 50 kilo, pour venir habiter cet hôtel, je n'hésiterais pas une minute

28.06.2023 tarihinde giriş yapıp 02.07.2023 tarihinde çıkış yaptığımız İrem garden Hotel de verdiğimiz paranın karşılığını alamadık. Odalar çok kötüydü klima çalışmıyordu lavaboların sifonları çalışmıyordu kapı anahtar dokunmatiğinde sorun vardı TV çalışmıyordu oda pislik içerisindeydi yetkili olarak muhatap alabileceğimiz bir kisi bulamadık. Yemeklere gelince her şey dahil konaklama olarak gittiğimiz bu otelde yemekler berbattı hangi çeşit yemeğin çıktığında bir problem yok yemekler çok yağlı ve kalitesiz malzeme kullanilmisti. Otel havasından daha çok yurt havası vardı. Çalışan görevliler gerçekten iyilerdi özellikle yaşar bey çok yardımcı oldu ancak otelden çıkış yaparken çok büyük bir terbiyesizlikle karşılaştık isminin Fat** olduğunu dile getiren hanımefendi üslup ve tavrıyla bulunduğu kuruma zarar veriyor gerçekten verdiğimiz parayı hak et**yen profesyonel olmayan bir otel kimseye önermiyorum gerçekten tatilimizi berbat ettiler 16 kisilik gurup olarak gittigimiz otelde tatilimiz burnumuzdan geldi. Had to book into this hotel as we booked another hotel which was no longer open irem is very outdated poor communication with staff no entertainment so boring in the evening. The food was not a huge choice and flies around the food so not very appealing no deserts or ice cream. Shop on site no longer exists. The worker was also rude with us when we didn’t want massage. This hotel needs closing and updating we won’t be returning
