提前預訂酒店的時候，因為是結婚週年想慶祝一下，向酒店提出要求安排好一點的房間，12點就到了，酒店提前辦理了入住，但是要求1點再入住房間，以為是沒打掃完衞生，就去定的另一間房間等待，時間到了，酒店打來電話，進入房間後，哇，給了我一個大大的驚喜，房間佈置的很温馨，很漂亮。謝謝酒店的服務人員，非常感謝！唯一的缺點就是房間的一個是加床，不是原裝床，不過孩子睡也算是夠了，早餐我感覺一般，衹是煎蛋和米線還有水果感覺還可以，別的東西基本沒吃，依個人口味吧，住的馬路對面有個什麼超市，忘記名字了，裏面都是貼牌的衣服和包包打七折。再往前走走有個小超市，東西很全，可以買些零食回酒店小吃一下。

親切又好。因爲價格便宜所以更喜歡位置也在大路邊附近還有幾家餐廳咖啡廳游泳池也很適合游泳吳哥寺位於三岔路口,市內可以去2美元。雖然設施有點舊,但是打掃得很好。洗衣是$2/1kg當天洗衣服我很滿意。

朋友在這家酒店給我訂了四晚的房間,我在一樓,對房間很滿意。空調工作很好,雖然我靠近接待區,但房間安靜、乾淨、舒適。一張大雙人牀和一些超大的傢俱被用來佈置房間。柬埔寨傢俱很大,櫻桃紅色,實際上說起來是不可移動的。沒有網絡問題,睡了個好覺。酒店外面是車專門爲酒店服務隨時準備把任何遊客帶到城市的任何地區,而遊客則選擇去。司機們會說英語。早餐在酒店的屋頂上供應,對於素食者來說,選擇是足夠的勉強。自助餐的費用是USD5.00 旁邊還有天台早餐廳(露台)有個小游泳池,更適合想涼快的人,而不是希望游泳圈的人。總體來說,我對酒店很滿意。幾大市場都在步行距離之內。Vit KIng餐廳(純素食)就在附近,但不幸的是選擇有限。粒是一個不錯的小鎮,值得花幾天時間去。幾乎無論你想去哪(吳哥窟等景點除外),都位於步行街娛樂中心,旅遊市場酒吧街就在附近。如果住一個多晚,請要求折扣率。接待處的工作人員樂於助人,消息靈通。

Sarai Resort and Spa delivered above and beyond in every aspect of a luxury boutique hotel experience. We are so glad we decided to stay here! Customer service from Rose, Anna, David, Tim and the rest of the staff (many more!) was excellent and made us feel so welcomed from arrival to departure to when we had to return after having Visa issues. The service was really above and beyond across every touch point. The hotel also packed us a super cute and large breakfast basket for our sunrise Angkor Wat tour. This had to be one of the best value for what we received too. Nice, clean, spacious room, free breakfast, free airport transfer, free welcome drink, free 30 min massage (which was excellent) for 2. Final price also included taxes and fees, no hidden costs. We want to say thank you to the entire staff of Sarai for making Sarai our home in Siem Reap!

只預訂了這家酒店兩晚6-8一月,我之前旅行期間的過去經歷在某些情況下是糟糕的,酒店描述和照片不是事實,我1月6日下午到達吳哥土地Urban Botuque辦理入住。首先看酒店大樓告訴我,我做出了正確的選擇。酒吧街粒最發生的地方大概有公里遠,週邊酒店很乾淨,前面有寬闊的路,前面有大停車位。一進入巨大的大堂,裏面有木木的內部,酒店工作人員團隊就迎接了我。入住只用了幾分鐘。同時酒店經理恩索納先生也來見我,這是一種很好的感覺。他說他給我一個非常好的房間在四樓,如果我不介意,他會在第二天把我轉移到一個更好的房間,然後被佔用。房間很大,很舒服。有所有的設施。第二天經理給我看了三樓的另一個房間,我同意換班。這個房間也很大,浴室有浴缸,另外還有一個單獨的玻璃浴缸。它有一個陽台,也可以俯游泳池。游泳池很棒。早餐菜單也很好。酒店也安排了我的旅遊。Tuk Tuk和叫Remork的摩托車總是在酒店外面。在前兩天最美妙的經歷之後,我也從1月24日8日至11日將剩餘的幾天延長了住宿時間。經理Sona先生定期與我見面,詢問我是否舒適,是否需要任何東西。他的年輕男孩和女孩團隊也非常有求必應,每次都向客人打招呼。在整個住宿期間,我沒有發現任何缺陷或任何抱怨。感謝經理Sona先生和他的團隊,我在吳哥土地城市精品店度過了最難忘的經歷。

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel location was very convenient for food and everything. The room was very neat and clean, nice bedding. The staff were very attentive and energetic, highly recommended

Big sturdy 3* hotel. Old fashioned oak in bedrooms. A little run down but did the job. Like bathroom toilet roll holder very tarnished. Also bathrobes in wardrobe dirty with stains. Good choice for breakfast but same every day. Very good quiet location. 5 mins to walk over bridge to night market and pub street. My room at back of hotel so very quiet. Didn’t care I didn’t get a view. Just wanted quiet. They organised airport pick up and temple travel. Early take away breakfast was also given to me without asking for my 4:30am temple sunrise visit! Nice surprise. Overall good value for money in good location but needs some love.
