洋紅寺院酒店(Il Chiostro Del Carmine)

El hotel es un antiguo claustro y resulta pintoresco, pero no hay ascensor y subir maletas se hace un poco pesado, el desayuno buffet es bastante completo, pero mal organizado y no reponen lo que se va acabando con la celeridad que toca. Las camas son cómodas, pero se oye a los de la habitación contigua y a los de la de arriba.

Personale accogliente è disponibile, la struttura è ubicata in posto tranquillo e riservato se pur centrale.

O hotel tem uma localização boa, era um antigo convento e foi adaptado para hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom com uma variedade de pães e bolos. O quarto é antigo, o banheiro também é antigo, a cama é pequena, mas o colchão é bom. O hotel é uma opção interessante para quem vai ficar pouco tempo na cidade.

Il Chiostro del Carmine is a beautiful place to stay and well located, a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and the Piazza di Campo. (It’s a 10 minute taxi ride to the train station.) Our room was quite small but very elegant with a view onto the roofs of Siena. The staff were welcoming and happy to assist in any way. Breakfast was included and there was a very good selection of food. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we were in Siena.

Service was excellent and the attention to the guest needs was outstanding! The room was clean, sufficiently spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet amazing and surpasses many 5-star hotels. The ambiance of the monastery could be felt throughout the property. We loved it and if we ever return to Siena will definitely stay once again!

experiência muito boa. Mesmo que o hotel fique dentro de uma zona ZTL, o hotel encaminha todas as informações necessárias para que possamos entrar corretamente e evitar multas. Muito próximo de todas as atrações de Siena, então pode-se fazer tudo a pé.

This is a very nice and convenient place to stay. It has an old historic feel which we really liked. There are no elevators and some rooms are on the second and third floor, so be aware of this. It has a lovely courtyard. we would happily stay there again.

This property is unique because it's in a former monastery from the 13th century. However, it is in need of routine maintenance and more attention to daily upkeep in the rooms. The toilet was not functioning properly, the soap containers were never refilled in the bathroom, the small refrigerator didn't work and the air conditioning was intermittent. The front desk staff was helpful in arranging transportation, however, and the breakfast was very good.

O atendimento de todos os funcionários foi muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso e confortavel. Hotel bem localizado e de facil acesso a pé aos principais pontos de interesse de Siena. O hotel possui estacionamento pago para quem chegar de carro. Bom café da manhã.
