A pleasurable experience. Very well appointed room. Clean and comfortable! Excellent value, will stay again.

No hand towel holder by sink. Shampoo/conditioner holders empty. Nothing to hold onto getting in and out of bathtub/shower. 1 small bar of soap for two people. Room looked shaby and needs updating. Curtains had dirty stains on them. 1 pack of sugar...no cream for 2 people. Ice machine broken! Would not stay there again!

The owners were nice my bed had dirt in it because of a hester_air conditioner blowing over it it was basically clean the staff took off for Christmas so they couldn't get to my room I threw my own garnage away but I was ok with it I guess for 60.00 a night cant ask for much

AC/Heating unit very loud couldn’t hear tv nor speak on phone with it running, very out dated property, shower and tub was too scary looking to use, blanket had burn marks on it. The service was nice as staff were very friendly. Room was very very small. I’ve been to better accommodations for similar price I paid for the nights stay. Was only given 30 minutes when requesting late check out.

The check in process was very unprofessional and they demanded cash payment for fees that were not clearly disclosed on *******. While speaking to the second person trying to check in, another patron came in and paid cash. While speaking with ******* about the situation, we had ample time to look around and found the place was very run down, dirty, and the building was showing signs of neglect. We ultimately did not stay here and when I was discussing this location with locals, they indicated that there are frequent arrests made at Magnuson for *****, human trafficking, and other things. A quick google search did support their claims about the happenings at this particular hotel. Ultimately I'm glad that we didn't stay here.

The staff was nice. The bedsimg, towels, curtains and carpet were dirty

Didn’t like the tiny bugs on the floor, but the staff let us know the bugs were harmless. Liked that the staff was courteous, friendly, and waited for our late arrival. Very quiet surroundings; easy to sleep and/or watch TV. Very friendly and clean restaurants nearby.

Crap on walls, no pillow cases on pillows. This place is a dump. I will be calling the city and having this place shut down.

It’s quiet and cheap. Has what is needed. Don’t expect any fluff
