普拉維塔度假村(Pura Vita Resort)

We were very disappointed. Cut our stay short and left the following morning. Will not be going back

We had the worst experience in Pura Vita. I’m easy going and never have issues while traveling. I asked to see the room and the receptionist would not allow till checkin time even tho there were plenty of rooms empty to see. I then got quoted a way higher price than shown online and would not match the price or show me which room I would be getting if I booked online. The staff was rude and seemed completely disinterested in hosting us. I left and tried to find other accommodations but unfortunately the hostel near by was already booked out so needed up coming back to Pura Vita. The room was very run down, walls have mould, and the fan was rusty. We paid extra for a “sea view room” but it had the bed facing the wall and not the window where you can look at the view (no point in paying for cottage on a beach if you can’t enjoy the view). The power kept going out which made air conditioning constantly turned off. This seemed like an issue specifically with Pura Vita and not the hotels near by. Wi-Fi did not work at all at the are with the cottages, and only by the reception which made it really annoying. After checking out we asked if we could leave our luggage so we can go hangout at different side of the island without our bags and they wouldn’t let us (first time ever in all the many places I’ve stayed). Overall terrible place to stay I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Hope this message gets read by the owner and sees how his place is ran when he’s not around. His employees clearly don’t care.

Logement sur la plage et le staff est très sympa mais ce sont les seuls points positifs. Il y avait la Clim dans notre bungalow. Déçus par la propreté et les équipements (sanitaires plus que spartiates) Et petit bonus, puces de lit qui nous laissent un souvenir de Koh rong

Cibo nella media. Il posto bello, come molti altri nella zona. ATTENZIONE: al ristorante c'è un cane nero con la rogna. Ha bisogno di cure, ho cercato in tutti i modi di far arrivare il farmaco mentre ero lì ma niente da fare. CHI HA CUORE porti il farmaco da casa il principio attivo si chiama AFOXOLANER. Una pastiglia al momento e una dopo un mese (chiedere a qualcuno di sveglio del posto che dia la seconda pastiglia). Questa piccola cosa salva la vita a questa povera anima. Per favore qualcuno lo aiuti. Se qualcuno raccoglierà questo mio appello per favore mi faccia sapere così mi metto il cuore in pace.

Sono stata al PuraVida con le mie amiche mentre eravamo in vacanza. Abbiamo passato una giornata intera in questo posto, dai lettoni in spiaggia al pranzo e la cena, in mezzo non è mancato il divertimento con una selezione di musica veramente perfetta. Ambiente frequentato molto bene, il proprietario ed i ragazzi del suo staff sono da dieci e lode. Insomma cibo, location, staff e spiaggia top. Consigliatissimo!
