We requested them to provide anniversary cake through trip.com request options. But they didn't provide us. Otherthan this everything is good.

Price too high for this hotel, small room, food were cold and there was construction outside the balcony!

im first time visit but it feel like my home town. because here is so great hotel. service, foods, location, etc... im sure i want to introduce some people who want to make great time with nature place . specially i want to say thank you to Nabin, Ishant, Sandeep .

We went to Thaan restaurant for dinner. The food was great and the ambience was wonderful as well. I, however, have to mention Pritika, our hostess for the evening. She was very welcoming and friendly. She helped us choose our table, since we had a 20 month old baby with us. Overall, she was very attentive and great with our child as well. The food was good too. We ordered momo, crispy prawn, Thai fried rice, baby chicken, to name a few. Everything was exquisite. Will definitely come back.

There aren’t enough words to describe how my experience was; one needs to be there to truly get it! Each day of the 10 days felt like it was my first day; like I’d just arrived! The staff was consistently warm and welcoming, often going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my every need was met! From the breathtakingly beautiful resort to the incredibly warm, friendly and generous staff; Dusit Thani embodies the phrase “home away from home”! By the time you have to leave, you’ll want to extend your stay some more! Thank you for providing me with princess treatment! Keep up the excellent work!

dusit thani offers more - devarana wellness, a must try - the massages are out of the world - the word is love, kindness and pain to heal your body. Petch is warm, kindz skilled and has a way to heal your pain. The staff are open and ask your questions before offering any package. highly recommended :) - for your soul and healing thank you devarana team.

I had such a wonderful stay in this little piece of paradise. Such a peaceful retreat in the mountains with so much on offer to relax - yoga, jacuzzi, sound healing. We were welcomed with hot fresh towels and welcome drinks. Such hospitality from the staff - no request was too much and they were always available at a moments notice. Thoroughly recommend

This has been one of the most amazing stays I have had in my life. The space is absolutely incredible, clean and spacious with the most amazing views. The staff working at the resort has been top notch and has met every need of each of my colleagues. Excellent service by Mr. Anirudh, Mr. Ram, Mr. Umesh, Salin, ammer, from front shriza, office team was very warm welcome. All Restaurant team was best service. Specially ishant, sandeep,pujan, bibek,yoga teacher Roahan all are the best team. Food was amazing.i would love to comeback soon.I recommend to visit here for vacation to relax its feels like haven.
