Séjour très calme et tranquille hôtels vraiment propre Chambre très grande toute équipée très bien placé avec accès mer etc Vraiment rien à redire personnels agréable et professionnel bien que ne maîtrisant pas trop le Français on a pu se comprendre et discuter . Seul bémol pas de pdj et restauration externaliser qui fait que cela rend un peu hôtel dortoir Mais c'est pas trop grave vu qu au alentour il y a énormément d activités. Piscine un peu petite mais bon pas trop grave non plus vu qu'il n'y avait personne. En conclusion c'est un hôtel très confortable surtout sécurisé tout équipé avec un personnel charmant . 2 grand parking sécurisé et proche de tout . De votre balcon vous voyez les avions décollés et atterrir . Excellent

I was somehow locked in the bedroom and we called the front desk may times for help but nosnody came. We opened the door somehow. Fire detector turned on while I was in the shower.

Checking in at the Resort was a kind of awkward I wanted to pay for my 3-day stay upfront with no explanation, they wanted to block my Credit Card. But with a little explaining, I was able not to get my credit card block thank you.

The staff was first rate. We were moved to this property because of a mixup with our reservation with *******. Although we didn’t get the full ocean view we wanted the staff provided several options and made our experience fantastic. Great customer service.

The room had everything we needed for our week in St. Maarten (coffee maker, fridge, microwave, etc). Location was great, we could walk to several restaurants and bars. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Only negative was the pool was very small and uninviting - we never used it.

Iwas happy with the size of the room but was told it was an ocean view and it was a bay view

Affordable, near to MANY restaurants and groceries. Walking distance to several restaurants or easy to take a $1.50 bus to several beaches, restaurants and shopping. I had a great view. Clean rooms with kitchen, tv, comfortable beds, but they did not tidy our room well during our stay. Pool was so gross. Hotel is 2mins walk from the beach, but its not a great beach at all. Ensure you have water shoes, very mossy and cloudy. Staff were a bit rude and unhelpful at times despite claiming to have a concierge service. They did not assist me with the car rental that THEY advertise. Otherwise a good stay.
