The breakfast is very good, they have eggs, pancake, milk….

Room was not clean. Cobwebs in the corner. What appeared to be black mold on the baseboard under the bathroom sink. Small spots of back mold on the shower curtain. Front desk was not friendly at all. Never said a word when I checked in or out.

We get to Sioux Falls at least twice per year, often more. It's a great town. In the last few years the decent hotels here have become too pricey for my budget. We discovered this property a few years ago and it became our best value, "go to motel". It is still squeaky clean and very comfortable. But, I think it has changed owners or they have changed their customer service culture: This visit, the price is so high we had to use up all our points. Check-in guy didn't talk - only yes or no replies. No amenities in room. No fridge no microwave. So, I used the micro in the breakfast area to pop a bag of popcorn and the check-in guy looked over my shoulder suspiciously the whole time, really pretty creepy. Still, I looked forward to breakfast and then that didn't happen. Just bagels and raisen bran. You could make a waffle but there was absolutely nothing to put on it no syrup no jelly no peanut butter. The morning attendant was clueless and just like the night guy - couldn't speak English or Spanish. This place is going downhill with no brakes.

Overnight stop on a road trip. Stopped late for the night and left before breakfast was available. Thin walls and the door latch was broken off. Kind of high price for minimum time and broken security features.

We were looking for inexpensive as we were only going to be in town for one night. If they fixed some issues and kept the price the same it was suit us fine. I'll just give you the three main reasons we wouldn't stay there again. The place was missing a roof from prior wind damage and the whole building was humid throughout. The gym was very tiny and the atmosphere in there was horrid. The room wasn't bad and it had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water as well as a nice enough bed but the cooler we left sitting on the floor was full of ants in the morning. It is an old building and will need some renovation to make it competitive. The problem with that is then they would have to raise their prices and it would never support that either. It is my belief that is one of the last Super eights in the country

We paid $180/night for this room. It should have been $80/night. At $80/night I would not complain. Yes, I know it's Super8, but I expected that it would be a halfway upscale one at that price, especially when it's got WYNDHAM in its name. Besides which, nobody else was cheaper. Instead: 1) the room stank 2) the lighting was terrible 3) the chairs were worn-out and ancient, including the office chair 4) there was ONE ice machine and it was on the first floor on the opposite end of the motel 5) bathtub was slippery At $80/night, I would have ZERO complaints. I mean, it's a Super8. It's supposed to be an ECONOMY motel.

First off the price gauged due to softbal/baseball tournaments going on ($199 for 2 queens or $240 for king with jacuzzi). This hotel is usually $80 night. 2nd. The room smelled so bad of mothballs/body odor that I could barely sleep due to smell. Could not move to different room due to being full … 3rd the safety latch was broke, and would not latch so def was Leary on that. 4. Thecshiwer head stayed water in all different directions to the ceiling, to the sides tried adjusting it but no luck. And very loud. Squeezed the whole time I was in shower 5. While I was checking in there was an emergency. The cops were there and a lady come in and try to talk to the guy at the desk and he wouldn’t even look up from doing my paperwork to talk to the woman and she’s trying to explain to him that her daughter has a heart condition and the cops are there and she was worried about her and he got kind of snarky with her telling her that she was still in the room and they were working with her Felt bad because she didn’t know what was going on with her daughter and he could care less. He was more worried about getting me checked in. Just overall not a very good experience with this hotel ..

Everything was good. No problems. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and well kept. The property was easily accessible and the location was wonderful. For the price it was excellent. I woulf stay there again.

Our room was very nice. Appeared to have newer carpet. Had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast wasn't much, but that was expected. The guy who checked us in and out was extremely nice and friendly. I think his name is David. We definitely would stay here again.
