Accoglienza fantastica,con delle colazioni eccellenti,così i pranzi e le cene. Un giardino bellissimo e curatissimo. Molto attenti nella pulizia.nelle camere non manca nulla. La direttrice Cinzia ha grande professionalità ed è stata pronta a consigliare e a rispondere alle nostre esigenze.

Endroit parfait pour un repos et une déconnexion au calme , au bord de la piscine dans un jardin luxuriant. Très belles chambres, spacieuses, luxueuses et très bien équipées. Literie et salle de bain impeccables Personnel extrêmement sympathique, attentif et répondant aux demandes. A 15m’ de Syracuse et de la plage en voiture Salle du petit déjeuner charmante et relaxante. Une voiture est recommandée mais facilité de bouger en taxi organisé par l’hôtel. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant gastronomique ( salle un peu froide dans cette propriété charmante et solaire) Il y a deux piscines sur le site Petit bémol et mauvaise surprise, le choix restreint de la carte du service de restauration de la piscine, le prix du service autour de la piscine et le manque de snack dans la chambre (même payant) Je recommande néanmoins vivement Donna Coraly resort pour la beauté du lieu, son histoire et son personnel Pour les amoureux de la nature et les amateurs de jardins

Splendido resort vicino a Siracusa Qualita’ eccellente sia nei servizi che nella cura dei dettagli in ogni zona della struttura. Raffinato il ristorante Eccellente anche l’organizzazione e l’accoglienza da parte di tutto lo staff; un ringraziamento speciale a Eleonora che ha e organizzato le nostra serate durante il soggiorno

Posto squisito, all’interno della città di Siracusa dove non sembra realmente di essere. Un paradiso, coniugato all’alta cucina e ad un servizio cocktail altamente efficace. Da molte piccolezze si evince il personale altamente qualificato per questa struttura, che sembrerebbe fare da contorno, ma risulta essere l’ulteriore ciliegina sulla torta per arricchire una location del genere. Grazie allo chef Vincenzo per i suoi piatti, a Mohammed per il servizio di alto profilo affiancato da Tiziana e a Lorenzo per i suoi cocktail unici, originali ed azzeccati per ogni persona!

Charmanter Gutshof mit wunderschönem Garten und Poolanlage. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein guter Ort zum Erholen, der in der Nähe von Syrakus und Noto liegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Merveilleux séjour dans un splendide hôtel! Tout est parfait, la chambre, la piscine, le restaurant. Personnel extrêmement accueillant et agréable!

There are plusses and minuses for every resort I have been too and this too has some good and some not so good. The good. Our breakfast server was amazing. The grounds are stunning and very quiet and bucolic. The only noise you hear is the beautiful bird sounds in the mornings. The resort has two heated pools, which unfortunately never found the time to swim in. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Our unit had a bedroom and a sitting room with a good sized bathroom attached to the bedroom and a much smaller bath in the sitting room. We had two outdoor seating areas to choose from. The food at the resort is artistically prepared and delicious. On the negative side on the food, my girlfriends main dish of veal was delicious but barely two ounces for a main course. She had to eat more food in the room to feel full. Breakfast is said to be included and they have a nice buffet, BUT they also have a pay menu for some other items not at the buffet. If you want an Omelet for example it is 12 Euros. When I complaiined I was later informed I can get scrambled for free. How crazy is that. All breakfast items should be included for a resort that charges over 300 Euros per night especially when they say breakfast is included. The staff is friendly and helpful though the greeter on our fist day did not understand that the sitting area extra room came with the room and ran back to clarify that it was. We ate out after the first night since while it is a fine dining (Michelin Star), we did not need fine dining every night. They could also invest in large tissue boxes. I also recommend they have a book or pamphlet about the history of the resort in the rooms since it is such an amazing historical resort. When we told them where we were going to eat one night they tried to tell us it is "Not on their List", but they buy fish from that restaurant. We loved that restaurant by the way. All and all if you want a private resort with great service, you should consider it and it is within 20 minutes of the major attractions.

HO POTUTO TRASCORRERE DELLE GIORNATE ALL'INSEGNA DEL RELAX . ABBIAMO CENATO NEL RISTORANTE DELLA STRUTTURA ,LA ZAITUNA ASSAPORANDO I PIATTI CURATI E DELIZIOSI DELLO CHEF . LA PROPRIETARIA, SIGNORA LUCIA, CI HA ACCOLTI CON GENTILEZZA E DISPONIBILITA' FACENDOCI TRASCORRERE DELLE BELLISSIME GIORNATE . UN POSTO CHE NON SI FARA' DIMENTICARE. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!!

We had 3 nights here - our room was beautiful the grounds are lovely and very extensive there are 2 pools but I always had the large one to myself! The staff are quite delightful so helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is wonderful and beautifully prepared and presented. It’s just so peaceful !

We stayed fior 3 Nights and wished that we had planned a full week. This is a really beautiful resort, particularly cared with love and attention by its owner. The grounds are amazing and the rooms beautifully decorated. We also had dinner at their fine dining restaurant which was good. Servitosi super friendly and faultless. Strongly recommend for a romantic stay or a girlfriends weekend.

We arrived at Donna Coraly to be greeted by the lovely and enthusiastic Corrado who took great pleasure in showing us around the beautiful estate, telling us the fascinating history (it was the site of the Italy Alliance armistice signing in 2043) and showing us the gardens and grounds. Despite a long drive across country from Scopello we were charmed and at ease and then excited at the prospect of dining at La Raituna, the restaurant on site that is now operated by Vincenzo di Falco, a celebrated chef (which we discovered, was for very good reason). Our room Angelica had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, a private garden and a dressing room…Ortigia toiletries… beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, lovely touches like our own flip flops (mine broke in Scopello). The only sadness I had was leaving earlier than I hoped due to the Catania air traffic diverted to Trapani and consequently our stay was cut short, the only time of our holiday I felt rather tearful… Lucia the owner was so welcoming, it really is something special that she has created and continues to develop… now 9 or 10 rooms, a beautiful orangerie and 2 natural bio pools… enough space to completely relax and more staff than guests… it really was practically perfect in every way… I want to go back for my birthday… please please stay open in November - just so I can return and stay for longer! Grazie mille for looking after us so well - Donna Coraly is somewhere special.

Donna Coraly is the best place I've been too in Sicily, small homely place with beautiful interior and exterior. The food is something really special, breakfast, lunch and dinner all. A real treasure and very close to Syracusa. Definetly one of the very best stays I've ever had in my life.

We found this wonderful place as I was searching for the chef, Vincezo Di falco, after discovering he had closed his fantastic restaurant in Syracuse. Although we only spent the day here, on the return to Catania at the end of our holiday, we are so glad we did and intend to stay one or two nights on our return to Sicily. On arrival, we were met at the car and our bags carried to the pool area, where we had the choice of wonderfully comfortable loungers, each with beautifully soft towels and flip flops ready waiting. A complimentary glass of prosecco was then brought to us. Soon Lucia, the owner who's vision is responsible for this whole project, appeared to say "hello" and, when I asked if could see a room, proceeded to give us a detailed tour of the who place. We had lunch in the orangery, which, whilst not Vincenzo's full dinner menu, was, as we have come to expect from him, absolutely first class. Muhammad is again the "front of house" with regards to food, and so the service was first class too. As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, it all started when I found Vincenzo's previous restaurant had closed, which I found hard to understand but, having visited Donna Coraly, I now understand why he has moved here. The whole estate has been developed with thought, imagination, flair, and care to every detail.
