巴爾巴賈尼公寓(Barbagiannis House)

Bellissima struttura, pulita e con tutti i confort. Bella spiaggia a 200 metri e posizione perfetta per raggiungere altre bellissime spiagge di Sithonia. Agios Nikolaos e Nikiti a 10 min di auto. Personale gentile e disponibile, vista mare top. Consigliatissima

Alles sehr gut - zum dritten Mal das sagt alles

Nachdem wir voriges Jahr aufgrund der Corona Krise zweimal unseren Urlaub im Barbagiannis House stornieren mussten, war es dieses Jahr soweit. Geimpft und getestet traten wir unsere Reise an. Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht enttäuscht. Maria und Christos die Besitzer des Barbagiannis House empfingen uns sehr herzlich. Unser Zimmer hatte einen super Ausblick in die Bucht von Ormos Panagias. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte „Frühstücksteam“ (die Mutter von Maria, Amir und Maria selbst) kümmerte sich die ganze Zeit um uns. Maria‘s Mutter bäckt sensationelle Kuchen und Gebäck. Es gab Wurst, Köse, Eigerichte, Säfte, Obst, Gemüse, Müsli, Joghurt und einen sehr guten Kaffee. Amir bediente höflich und zuvorkommend und Maria las uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab, Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Auch Abends haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Christos der Chef des Hauses kocht sehr gut und serviert eine etwas andere griechische Küche. Die Cocktails und Getränke, die wir an der Bar genossen, waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt auf einer Anhöhe von der man einen sensationellen Blick hat. Leider waren der Trani Amoudi Beach noch nicht wirklich in Betrieb, weshalb wir am nahegelegenen Lagonissi Beach badeten.

Excelente hotel

This place has everything for a weeks vacation. It’s just outside the fishing village port area so you are away from the crowds, and the beach is a 5 minute walk in the other direction. We stayed in one of the two new bungalows on the site. These are very well equipped with bedroom, living area and small kitchenette, fridge, sink, hot plate and kettle. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, and everywhere was air conditioned. Every morning there is a substantial breakfast with both hot and cold options and as much coffee as you could drink lots of sun beds around the pool and gardens as well. The one disappointment was the the on-site restaurant was closed as the season was ending

Barbagiannis House is family run and it would be difficult to find better service anywhere. The family take a pride in keeping their property clean and attractive. There are both sunny and shady areas, within the well kept garden, where you can relax and enjoy the view. We stayed in one of the bungalows and could not have been more comfortable. They are modern and spacious. Our private outside decking area was an ideal place to sit, either in a chair or sun longer and enjoy the view. The terrace area also has a good sized table and clothes drier (very useful for drying swimwear and towels). A large retractable awning ensured we could have shade, if needed, when the sun was high. A few steps to the bar area where we ate a good breakfast each morning. This is also where we could order food and drink throughout the day. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in the adjacent Thalassa restaurant. The pool area is kept spotless and is where we liked to relax each day. The views from the bar, restaurant and pool area are incredible. I highly recommend enjoying a cocktail here. The beach is only a few minutes walk as is the harbour area. We will definitely be returning.

Small boutique style hotel, lovely old style building in a lovely quiet location, but within very easy walking distance of harbour, beach and restaurants. Room very clean and comfortable. Very friendly owners. Lovely pool and bar area- very relaxing. Good breakfast. Loved the Greek yogurt with walnuts and honey, and lots of lovely fresh fruit available. This is a perfect spot to relax, with lovely views across the bay. Best to travel with a car so you can explore. There is plenty of shaded parking space at the hotel. Lovely hotel, lovely location- would definitely recommend

We booked one of the bungalows for the week on a vacation with some friends and it was magical. Maria and her team and family are awesome and they made our stay amazing. The location is fabulous, the food at the restaurant is to die for, hotel has everything you need and the view from the pool is stellar. Try the cocktails at the bar and enjoy northern Greece. Everything about this hotel is awesome!

Fantastic view over the sea. Great service and perfect place to relax. The staff is very nice and the food is excellent. We will 100% travel here again and stay at Maria’s lovely hotel. The Hotel is only 10 rooms, so it feels like Home. Rent a car and travel the Island while you stay at this place👌🏻
