斯帕特海灘酒店(Spat Beach)

El hotel en terminos generales bien, fallas: no tiene ascensor y la ducha es mu baja, está instalada a una altura de metro y medio; cosas más complicadas es que en el hotel nadie habla inglés. Lo positivo: el desayuno es aceptable, las habitaciones son buenas y el personal amable, por dentro está bien cuidado, pero por fuera parece que hubiera habido un bombardeo, pero rn Tel Aviv hay mucho edificio en las mismas condiciones.

Hotel essenziale. Situato a Bat Yam, direttamente sul mare, a poca distanza da Tel Aviv, facilmente raggiungibile tramite gli autobus. La struttura dall’esterno sembra molto vecchia, ma in realtà l’interno è nuovo. Camera tripla un po’ piccola ma comoda e pulita, come anche il bagno. Colazione semplice (frittata, verdure, formaggi, cappuccino) ma preparata al momento e di buona qualità (non c’è buffet). Unica pecca, da non sottovalutare: la reception. La maggior parte delle receptionist NON parla inglese e per di più sono sgarbate (ho chiesto di stampare i biglietti aerei, non mi hanno dato la loro email per inviarglieli e mi hanno risposto che non avevano la stampante, cosa non vera. Ho provato in tutti i modi a chiedergli di stampare i biglietti, anche facendo una traduzione italiano-ebraico ma, alterandosi, non hanno accolto la mia richiesta. Ho chiesto di prenotarmi un transfer per l’aeroporto, ancora una volta con la traduzione in ebraico, specificandogli giorno e ora, ma lo avevano prenotato per il giorno sbagliato). Si è salvata solo una receptionist gentilissima e che parlava inglese, che mi ha aiutato con l’app per prenotare i taxi e per le escursioni.

The staff is absolutely rude. They didn’t speak English, which was fine, because I’m in another country but we were very nice and we tried to use an app to communicate with them and they were still rude. The motel was disgusting. Don’t stay there. It was like one of those motels people stay long term. Gross

Great location, views, and helpful staff, but a few problems. Room was not ready on-time. Entrance is not on the street listed. And, there was no shuttle--we cabbed it to the airport at 150 shekels.

The staff were very helpful even though they struggled to understand English, we were able to work it out. The property istelf was older and a little shabby on the exterior, which reflects on the price, the rooms were spacious clean and comfortable though, and the location superb right by a lovely clean beach with plenty of snack bars, showers etc, also the breakfast was very good, very nice place to stay

Staff very friendly and easy to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach, many good restaurants nearby.

The dooropening of the bathroom was small.

A bit strange hotel. Some rooms seem to be available on an hourly basis. Not exactly a family location. Some issues with smoking in the rooms and burn marks on covers was less appetizing. Parking not always available and tbh this location is not suited for travellers who do not speak Russian or Hebrew.
