Very cute and quiet place located in walking distance to everything in downtown Skaneatles. Friendly staff, quick check in and out. Clean and cozy

Check-in and out were simple and room was extremely. Perfectly located to restaurants and shopping.

Our room was very nice! Clean & comfortable! Comfy king size bed! Desk, reading chair, and lighting for reading in bed. We had everything we needed plus a fridge & complimentary snacks. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property is in a great location, near many wonderful shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and quaint and our room was spacious.

Property is perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the town of Skaneateles, which is a hidden gem.

Overall outstanding! One suggestion. The television remote was difficult to operate, very confusing.

We loved the location of the boutique hotel being convenient to town and in a quiet location. Easily walkable to town. One downside was too much light outside at night. Even with the shades pulled there was too much outside light where our room was in the front of the hotel. It was clean and had all the necessary space while it did not have lots of “stuff” some places have that you have to move somewhere in order to have room for our own things. That was a plus! Perfect for a couples weekend. Would be nice to have another shelf in the bathroom. The complimentary snacks and water were especially nice. Other than that we really enjoyed your hotel and will use again if the opportunity arises.

What a delightful boutique hotel just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bakery, coffee shop and the lake.
