The location of this property is great. Close to River Street and the Historic District. Unfortunately our accommodations were not great. While the lobby and lounge are modern the configuration of the entrance is strange. Bifold doors off of a side entrance from the valet area. The elevator was shappy*tarnished brass panels, slow and noisy. Our room smelled damp and musty. The noise from the street was like a window was open (seemed to be through A/C unit) to the point it was hard to sleep. Pillows were too soft, shower handle di not work properly and toilet was loose from floor when you shifted your weight. Overall not the room we had planned for for our 20th anniversary.

My family and I stayed here for a quick getaway trip from Atlanta. The hotel is located in a really great spot about 1 block from the River Street. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay, just a normal continental. The valet parking is ridiculously high though $45/per night. The front desk was kind but the parking was just outrageous you dint even pay that in Midtown Atlanta.

This stay was good except for the customer service. The front desk was not very friendly, the guys outside were rude if you decided not to valet and the service in the restaurant was some of the worst I've ever seen. The room was noisy as it was on the corner, but the white noise machine helped. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nice and clean.

Hotel advertised they have Savannah river view rooms for an extra charge (which we paid). Upon arrival the hotel stated none of their rooms have river views. Bait and switch. We had a corner room with busy streets on both sides. The room was noisy all night and day. People were repeatedly racing their extra loud cars up and down the street. Bar noise, a rock concert, and homeless people/drunks added to noise issue. TV in room did not work correctly. Hotel stated this had been a problem for all rooms for over a week. They blamed the service provider. Parking is limited and hotel parking is $45 per night. We would not stay here again.

Could hear road noise while in my room. Breakfast was not good. Paid $17.00 for breakfast that was out of several foods and what they did have was not hot. We ate at 8am and the food conditions should not have been this bad. I get better breakfasts at a hotel that offers complimentary breakfasts.

Check in was supposed to be 3, but we weren’t able to get checked in until about 4:15 due to them having to rooms ready. Overall the stay was decent. It was very noisy in the room, the bed was hard and had a too-small fitted sheet stretched over it. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

This hotel is overpriced for the quality of the room. Carpet was wet outside the bathroom, front desk notified, no action. Overnight valet parking very expensive, $45, for a town like Savannah. Bed was comfy. Location is very good.
