Increíble, nosotros nos quedamos en los nuevos pods, las casitas de madera redondas. Instalación muy muy limpia y tranquila, entorno inmejorable, habitación confortable y limpia. Nos encantó todo absolutamente, gracias, muy recomendable!

What a hidden Gem. I had initially overlooked this property and made reservations at a neighboring hotel (DON’T book KVERNA HOTEL). Got a last minute room and was so happy to have found this place. Rooms are spacious, place is cozy, clean and very nicely designed. We LOVED this place.

We had a confirmed reservation through ********** and the Un-Welcome Lambafell cancelled our room the day before we were driving down. We had to completely change our trip and cancel our other plans as there were no other places available in the area, especially on that short notice. Horrible!

Although looks like a nice cabin from outside, the rooms were very OK. The bathroom stunk of sewer, beds not comfortable, and you could almost hit the TV or the ceiling if you try to access the cabinets in the corner. Morning food service was also not good. If you cannot find another place then a day or so enroute to other place would be the only reason to recommend

Prima di partire, considerate le recensioni lette, ho cercato di trovare una soluzione alternativa per trascorrere una notte nella zona. Non avendone trovata una più allettante ad un prezzo non esagerato, ho mantenuto la prenotazione e…wow! Al nostro arrivo in struttura verso le 17 eravamo soli in questa “casa”, più o meno dispersa nel nulla. Solo questo per noi ha rappresentato un’emozione! Fortunatamente, avendo ricevuto via mail numero della stanza e codice per aprire il box contenente le chiavi (posizionato accanto alla maniglia della porta della stanza), in 5 minuti eravamo pronti per concederci relax nella vasca idromassaggio all’aperto che proprio male (come ho letto in qualche recensione) non è, anzi!!! Acqua calda, panorama rilassante e assenza di rumori, é stato un vero piacere per me e mio marito ed un divertimento per nostra figlia di 8 anni. Colazione nella media rispetto a quelle fatte negli hotel in Islanda (presente anche macchina per caffè, cappuccino, cioccolata). A giudicare dalla struttura molto bella e pulita, dalle non difficoltà riscontrate per accedere, dalla stanza calda e confortevole, credo che la gestione sia decisamente migliorata nel tempo. Consiglierei assolutamente questa soluzione a persone che non si fanno suggestionare dal fatto di poter essere completamente soli in mezzo alla natura (comunque la strada principale é a un minuto di auto ed altre abitazioni a 300 mt circa).

This was a horrible experience. You never see the booking staff on site and they’re impossible to reach via phone. When I finally did connect them about my booking to check in, they said my booking had been cancelled and hung up. I never cancelled this booking. We had to book a last minute room and then look for new lodging altogether. When I contacted ******* to resolve the issue, they said there was nothing they could do to refund me the money taken by this property. I’ve been scammed out of $1,000 USD. I will never book at this property again and I will never book through ******* again.

In April we booked two nights at this property for an August stay. One week before our stay we were told by ******* that the property was overbooked and we were cancelled. We were able to rebook one of the nights there only to find that the price doubled. Two days before that stay we were again cancelled because of "overbooking". We were in a remote location at the time during a very busy time. Luckily we were able to find two very nice hostels. We are outraged and frustrated by this treatment. Do not book this location!
