My recent stay at Hyatt House was a delightful experience, blending convenience and tranquility seamlessly. The suite, featuring a small kitchenette and two queen beds, was perfect for our small staycation group. The check-in and out process was effortless, and the valet service was both quick and efficient, ensuring a stress-free stay. The standout shower, with excellent water pressure, added a touch of luxury to the experience. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful retreat, making this hotel a top choice for those seeking comfort and serenity just outside of the city.

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. The staff (including the valet parkers) were polite, professional, courteous and more than helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was really a full service breakfast. The downside, which to me could be a deal breaker, was the bathroom was in the bedroom. We had a beautiful suite, but having the bathroom was the most inconvenient bathroom I have experienced in a hotel. Whether one of us wanted to get up early and shower and get ready, or stay up later than the other, we felt we couldn't. Also if we had to get up in the middle of the night, was a problem!

We stayed at the Hyatt House for 7 nights. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. One thing we really appreciated was the daily housekeeping. We would definitely stay there again.

The on-site manager was very accommodating and helpful, however, the downstairs lobby was all but uninhabitable because it was so cold. This made relaxing at the bar like sitting outside.

Location is great. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Gym was open 24 hours which is convenient. Negatives- gym not maintained as wipes ran out, water cups ran out and no towels available. Room though clean, needed upkeep as light was falling from ceiling, bathroom fan did not appear to work and shower faucet handle felt like it was going to fall off. There was a lack of communication about how much valet parking would be and how often the room would be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and would stay again.

The staff was incredibly friendly, location was great, and rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance of Northwestern, as well as wonderful restaurants.
