Amazing hotel. Room so spacious amazing stay can’t recommend enough

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. Everything you could want.

Had a great stay very relaxing chilled out hotel nothing was a problem leisure facilities were great. Staff were always very pleasant.

Breakfast is the hidden gem of the hotel. Buffet with great choice and wide range of food. Recommend driving as location is not very great.

Walls in rooms are paper thin. Can hear everyone talking in next room. Streaming kids everywhere. Property was being painted with no access to elevators or stairs and no signs to guide re routes to lobby. Very frustrating.

Loved that it was a castle and had a whole fitness center plus food, etc. And finally a place big enough to fit my family. It was amazing and accommodating as my daughter needed to practice violin and they provided a room for her.

this is a family friendly hotel. rooms are big and there's loads of parking. i love the kids and adult pools and sauna. crew needs more training. 1. i checked in at 3:50pm, just 10mins earlier than the very late checkin time rule of the hotel. i was told that the room is not ready and was 'reminded' that checkin time is 4pm. 2. on my 2nd day, the card keys stopped working, i had to go back to the reception to get them re-acticated - no apologies received from the crew.

We had a lovely family holiday and the staff were brilliant. Very helpful and friendly. Kids had a lot of fun, the crazy golf and the fairy trail were such a hit. Alongside the pool and games too. The only fault I would have is the room. There was a service door in the second bedroom and the beds in there were uncomfortable and the sheets not as soft as the other room. We were a family of five and we all shared a double and single bed. So we didn’t have a lot of sleep, well the adults didn’t. I’d have preferred all the beds to have been in the one room. However this was really a minor fault. Overall the stay was brilliant.
