This hotel definitely needs updating. Carpet was dirty and mattress was uncomfortable. Linens were dingy and discolored.

For the cost of the room it was underwhelming of the cleanliness and the unfixed damages to the room, ceiling, and window. The one staff meme we I saw was kind, but overworked and unable to check us out timely.

The AC was out in thw common areas so travel fr car to room was difficult. Stifling.
The pool "was being cleaned" for the entire 4 day stay.
The elevator is missing buttons, has buttons taped down so they'll work and made so many ****y movements ot seemed as if it was going to break.

We appreciate the staff’s willingness to change our room twice. The A/C did not work in the first room. The second room was on the 2nd floor just above an outdoor patio. The A/C ****** in cigarette smoke from the people who were smoking. The 3rd room was fine.
