I stand at the hotel on Thursday July 6th. The gentleman on the afternoon shift was very professional and very nice. I’ve stand there three other times and he’s always been the same, professional and nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was clean, comfy bed with lots of pillows.

Wonderful check in and out ! Very relaxed and super comfy bed. Breakfast was very nice. Safe and secure location. Would stay again without question.

I booked a room for 5 adults and there was only 2 queen beds. When I spoke to the front desk, I said there must have been a mistake with my reservation. She said there's no mistake. I asked how can 3 adults sleep in one bed. She said that I will just have to make some arrangements. I have no idea what she meant. I asked about other rooms that could accommodate 5 people. She said that they didn't have any rooms! Not even a couch with a pullout bed. She offered to rent me another room for the extra person, but at a higher rate! So my adult son had to sleep on the floor the first night and we got an air mattress for the next 2 nights.

I encountered a broken toilet paper holder and missing toilet paper. When I informed the front desk of this, they gave a roll but didn't address the broken holder. On two different occasions, the guests in the room next to me were ridiculously loud. I tried calling the front desk in the evening with no answer. Although I rested in a comfortable bed, I didn't enjoy the stay too much.

Bathroom door didn’t close, clogged sink, no towels, broken TV. The only saving Grace was Fray who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Based on her customer service alone, I would’ve given 5 stars.. but other staff was just rude and looked like they hated being there.

The gentleman in the front was very courteous and pleasant when I was checking. The room was very clean. The only issue I have with the stay was that there was no cable unless I brought a firestick. Other than that the stay was really great.

Pasamos solo una noche ,la habitación estaba sucia tenía restos de comida debajo de la cama y debajo de los muebles ,se podía escuchar todo de la habitación de al lado ,el desayuno malísimo y poco variado .no lo recomiendo .
