懷爾德伍德斯諾馬斯酒店(Wildwood Snowmass)

We had a terrible experience. There is no one at the front desk. After finally getting to our room, we found it filthy. There were empty food containers on the shelves and closet, holes on walls, bathroom floor was dirty, faucets and fixtures hadn’t been cleaned, the cushions and curtains had many large stains, and there were cigarette burns on furniture. The exterior hallway was dark and unlit.

“This place is a pit-hole. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. No AC. In order to get cool air you need to open a window which allows anyone from the outside the ability to open and break in. There were people partying in the courtyard till 1:30 am. Also, the lobby area plays some weird techno music 24/7.

I rarely write negative reviews. This place is nothing like its’ pictures. It dirty, old, way way over priced. Holes in the shower, broken small dated refrigerator, no hair dryer. Bed was hard as a rock. Lock on main room door broken. Several families of what appeared as hotel and construction workers living in the hotel rooms. The front desk when there, was dismissive and rude. The hot tub and pool was dirty and had numerous broken tiles. No AC, no fans. It did not feel safe ot secure. Read the other reviews. Disgusted. I should have taken more pics but wanted to be out of there as soon as possible.

The location is unbeatable and that is the only reason to stay there really. It is outdated, there is usually no one around to help or answer questions they just leave a sign saying to go down the street to their upscale hotel if you need anything. As many have reported, there is no AC in the building and a loud bar on one side at night and the pool gets loud in the morning. It took 4 calls and 2 days to get a fan (that they told us was in the room when we checked in but was not) brought to the room. Bring your own hangers. They had large closets and 1 hanger. The clothes steamer didn't work and no one was around to get another. They had our check out dates messed up and locked our room so our keys didn't work and we had to have engineering come fix it....All that said, location, location, location.

No air conditioning in the room. Temp in our room was 78 degrees. Heater ran all night. Parking is way off site. The place is a dump. Clearly no updates. It felt gross and little care given to guests. Sorry. I never review things and generally give places/people a lot of gratitude. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel was below average and if it was cheaper I wouldn’t have minded but for the price I expected it to be a little bit nicer. The rooms did NOT have AC which wasn’t clear prior to booking. Our room was clean but the property overall wasn’t very clean and didn’t look well maintained. The staff was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy on weekdays until the weekend when we didn’t have anywhere to park. The staff found us a spot in a reserved area.

Tiene áreas muy deterioradas y refri nunca funcionó y no hay nunca en servicio al cliente quien atienda , Solo dejan y servicio de shampoo y acondicionador una vez a la semana.

Very disappointed of this hotel. There was nobody to check us in, the room was very below average, very old looking. Has not been renovated for decades. The walls and floor dirty. Would not stay there again.

Ci hanno fatto l’upgrade e ci hanno mandato nell’hotel accanto molto bello e pulito. Camera grande , pulita e confortevole. Bellissima la reception e la zona bar
