Whatever you do in this life or the next, do not stay here! From the outdated facility, the no circulation, the cold air conditioning that made the hotel hotter, I got so sick inside this place that I actually left early and sacrificed my final paid for night. Leaving and losing money was a gift…that’s how bad this place was.

I would not recommend this hotel in any way. Most things did not work in the bedroom…. Safe, sockets, showers barely worked, no tea making facilities. My room was not attended by housekeeping 2 of the 5 nights I stayed there. Breakfast just about edible but hot food was lukewarm and overcooked and plates, cutlery frequently ran out. The dinner which was part of my package was appalling….. mostly inedible and many evenings we were guessing what the meat was. No choice. The staff seemed hardworking but understaffed. Think twice before you commit to this hotel . Very tired and in need of refurbishment, safes did not work ,sockets did not work, paint and paper peeling, shower hanging down. Breakfast could be described as adequate at best. Evening meal disgraceful. On the plus side the rooms were large , bed comfortable, plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Being here for about 4 years, Monthly. Detoration goes at speed of light. Stafff: bad english, not smilig, ignorant, arogant, not trained at all and being replaced time and time again. Food: disgusting, poor choice, breakfast coffee taste like sludge. Facilities: dirty, badly consumed, broken and abandoned. Service: awful, no blankets in the room, trash bin full from prevoius guest. I’ve been even given an dirty room - yet was an system mistake. Parking - there is no parking at all. Enjoy it. P..S.: Dear management, please spare your time in writtin comments. Pointless hence this is not any single occurence, rather it is a hotel policy.

If you could, I would give 0 - because of the hotel, because of the total lack of responsibility from the management, customer experience and customer satisfaction are certainly words that will remain misunderstood by the entire staff of the hotel chain! In short, I booked 3 rooms for foreigners who come on business trip The guests arrived at different times late Sunday night and next morning they all wanted to move out and change hotels due to several issues with the rooms they had. The complaints of all guests from all rooms on two different floors were the same: 1. Problems with hot water - the water in the bathrooms is sometimes hot and sometimes cold and it is difficult to take a bath, constant change between cold and hot water and the inability to adjust it. It was confirmed as a problem by the front desk person. 2. High temperature in the rooms - all guests complained that the rooms were very hot and it was not possible to adjust the temperature. This was also confirmed as an issue that was known to the hotel staff. 3. Poor internet connection - the guests were foreigners and relied on the internet at the hotel but unfortunately it was almost impossible to use. The guests were so disappointed that even after the few hours spent in the hotel (literally under 12 hours) they were unwilling to look at other options that were offered by the front desk and wanted to move out immediately and move to another hotel. The most interesting thing is that for two months now there has been absolutely no feedback from the hotel, no matter how many times I have tried to contact them. In this way, customers are definitely not won.

5 days, 5 business meetings, I am more than happy. Food is delicious, staff is friendly and always ready to make your stay joyful. You need to try Orient restaurant, this place is magical… they have a gym and Shisha bar. If you want to see sunset you can go top of ten hotel it’s a great panoramic view.

Recientemente organizamos allí una reunión de trabajo con gente de diferentes puntos de Europa. Antes del viaje pensamos que los precios tan económicos de sus habitaciones se debían a que su ubicación no era muy céntrica. Lo cierto es que el hotel es barato porque ofrece un servicio que deja bastante que desear. Empezando por la pachorra de los recepcionistas, absolutamente alucinante. Se limitan a estar tras el mostrador con cara de estar cumpliendo alguna especie de cadena perpetua, comprueban tu identificación, teclean alguna cosa en su ordenador (posiblemente algún avance en el Buscaminas) y te entregan la tarjeta de una habitación. Con algo de suerte te tocará una habitación vacía, sin nadie dentro quiero decir. Pero las posibilidades de que, haciendo el check-in de noche, te den una habitación con otros clientes dentro durmiendo, son bastante altas (le pasó DOS VECES a la misma persona la misma noche), tantas como que llegues de día y te den en una habitación por la que aún no ha pasado el servicio de limpieza. Ni pasará. Porque el servicio de limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. De vez en cuando veíamos a una señora bastante mayor renqueante fregando o pasando un aspirador de la época del Imperio Otomano por el lobby. Pero cuando abandonamos el hotel en lunes aún seguían por el lobby un par de vasos de papel que habíamos dejado sobre una mesa dos días antes. A todo esto, ni esa ni señora ni nadie más del personal tuvo la decencia de entrar en nuestras habitaciones ni a limpiar ni siquiera a recoger y cambiar las tollas en los tres días que allí estuvimos. Y hablamos de un cuatro estrellas. Acojona pensar en cómo debe ser un hotel búlgaro de menor categoría. Quej**** o reclamar en recepción no era una opción. Jamás había visto tal demostración de indiferencia, sangre fría y jeta como la del personal de este hotel. Quizá es que los conceptos "cooperación", "amabilidad" y "disposición" son distintos a los de la decadente Europa Occidental. Por lo demás, si mi nota no es de 1 sobre 5 es porque la comida del hotal era bastante decente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

AC doesn't work at all. Uncomfortable stay as a result. The shower is falling apart with tiles literally moving on the walls with huge gapping cracks.
