我們一進門,就受到一個穿制服的人的歡迎,他歡迎我們來到旅館,把我們帶到接待處,照看我們的行李,後來被送到我們的房間。接待處的女士對我們很有禮貌和效率,因此,從一開始,我們就意識到我們是一家經營良好的五星級酒店,擁有專業和樂於助人的員工。我們的臥室裝飾得很時尚,灰色的涼爽,有兩張寬大的牀,一個全景窗戶,可以看到維託沙山,大理石浴室大小適中,配備了現代配件和一個可愛的散步淋浴。我們預訂了俱樂部房,對新開的俱樂部休息室沒有失望。下午提供茶點,然後從6-8下午開始“快樂一小時”。我們發現這項服務非常出色,員工們熱衷於幫助,並在晚上喝了飲料和吃了一系列誘人的美食。在歐洲餐館裏,早餐也很出色,自助餐有很多烹飪和冷菜,還有煮的菜餚,如煎蛋卷和雞蛋。最後一點要提到我們發現總禮賓部主任託多爾·戈拉奇洛夫斯基對我們預訂餐廳和指導我們到索非亞一些值得注意的景點最有幫助:他很棒。洲際酒店真的是一流的酒店,我們會毫不猶豫地再次入住這裏感謝所有讓我們留下難忘的遊客

A superb and very stylish option, centrally located in a smart neighbourhood. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room was superb, though there seemed to be a bit of an issue with the plumbing…a bit of an unpleasant odour. Housekeeping came daily and were very thorough and there’s a room turndown, not something you see everywhere these days. The rooftop bar is very popular so do book, even as a guest of the hotel. The cocktails are very good, the menu is merely a guide: if you have a favourite, ask for it, they may well be able to make it for you. I also had a massage at the spa. First class!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia. What an amazing hotel this is, on the doorstep of a fantastic public transport system. The hotel is around 1 mile away from the downtown area. Don't let that put you off, the tram stop is directly outside the entrance. The room was spacious and had all of the necessities to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The fridge was a really useful addition. The bed was huge in the king room!! The housekeeping staff were great and serviced our room daily. The breakfast was a continental buffet style. Again, this was a great start to the day and was included in our room price. A good selection of hot and cold options. There is no bar area in the hotel however there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to take away to consume in your room. All of the staff members that we met were professional in their conduct and were polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the luggage room availability - as we had a late flight, the staff agreed to look after our luggage so that we could enjoy our final day in this beautiful city. The hotel price was an absolute bargain. This alongside the quality accommodation and friendly/helpful staff makes this a great choice of hotel. I would highly recommend and will return here in the future. Don't be put off by previous comments about the area around the hotel. As in any city in the world, you need to be vigilant. We had no issues at all. We found the Bulgarians to be extremely polite and welcoming.

我來度假4晚。工作人員很親切,已經在入住的時候他們幫我提行李箱,給我看了房間,向我解釋了一切。房間很大,很舒適,乾淨,牀很舒服。淋浴中提供優質洗髮水和沐浴露。早餐種類繁多,非常好。晚上我在酒店餐廳吃了晚餐,食物很好,菜單也多種多樣。我在那裏度過了愉快的住宿,強烈推薦這家酒店。

We have stayed st this hotel many times but the last 2 visits have not been as good as in previous years. The main difference is that the resturant is not open so breakfast has to be taken at a sister hotel which is a short walk away. The breakfast was very poor - coffee machine not working one day, juice dispenser not working (though on 2nd visit it was but the contents were awful). The ”hot” good was lukewaarm and on the last dsy no jam ir honey. On the other hand the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were really heloful. The hotel is in a good location close to the railway and bus stations and all of Sofia is within walking distance.

酒店位於Vitosha Boulevard,位置優越,在長長的步行*****上可以找到衆多酒吧和餐館。它也在步行距離內的所有主要景點和導遊的起點。我們的房間很寬敞,浴室也一樣,牀很舒服。大多數工作人員都非常樂於助人,特別是接待台的尼古拉和餐廳的黑髮女服務員(我沒有得到她的名字)。一個缺點是早餐選擇比較有限,早餐服務員脾氣暴躁,粗魯(雖然妮可來接了這個,和她說了一句話)這就是爲什麼我給了4/5,而不是5/5。

I've never stayed anywhere else in Sofia so cannot comment on whether this is great for Sofia, but international 4* standard, it isn't. Most of the staff are lovely, apart from the member of staff who decided one evening that we were not allowed to have a glass of wine in the lobby bar because the bottle of wines were ”reserved” and ”for show” (the excuse changing from one minute to the next.) He couldn't explain who or why they were reserved or for show. The room servicing is, *interesting*. They say in the information in the room that the rooms are serviced daily. On the first day it wasn't serviced at all. The second, I asked it to be serviced and the towels replaced which they did but then (not joking) they screwed up the cover on the bed and put it in the corner, made half an effort to pull up the duvet, emptied a bin and did nothing else. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room is a real plus but they were not refreshed / refilled during our stay either, even when the room was ”serviced”. The bed was comfortable but one of those fit together beds rather than a true king size. It was huge but possible to get a bit caught in the middle. That said though, we didn't struggle with noise as other people did. The breakfast is fine. Typical central European type stuff and not the best quality but fresh fruit is always welcome. If it's a choice between room only at a cheaper price, I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it though. The door lock was a bit temperamental. It's worth checking it's genuinely locked behind you as ours didn't unless we carefully engaged the catch. There are safes though. The lifts were a bit dodgy as well. One obviously breaking down from time to time during our stay and be warned you need your room card to go up or down. Location wise it's superb and I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but for the price, which is not cheap for Sofia, the service needs a bit of an uplift. Also some attention to detail in the rooms would be good with a slight tear in the voile, wallpaper lifting etc. For British visitors though as this hotel is part of a Cooperative organisation, they have pictures of the first Rochdale COOP in some of the corridors. A funny little quirk if you know Rochdale. It's not the place you'd choose to decorate anywhere.

Absolutely no go even if you had gun to your head. The room is filthy, the shower blocked with hair, unchanged sheets, smelling of someone elses bodily odour, not changed even after a complaint. When I asked at the reception at night for clean sheets so I could change them myself and get some sleep at least on the second night, the night warden told me it was no business of mine to walk around the hotel at night and told me, quote: ”March off to your room!” The stale bread at breakfast was just an icing on the cake.

A superb and very stylish option, centrally located in a smart neighbourhood. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room was superb, though there seemed to be a bit of an issue with the plumbing…a bit of an unpleasant odour. Housekeeping came daily and were very thorough and there’s a room turndown, not something you see everywhere these days. The rooftop bar is very popular so do book, even as a guest of the hotel. The cocktails are very good, the menu is merely a guide: if you have a favourite, ask for it, they may well be able to make it for you. I also had a massage at the spa. First class!

Absolutely no go even if you had gun to your head. The room is filthy, the shower blocked with hair, unchanged sheets, smelling of someone elses bodily odour, not changed even after a complaint. When I asked at the reception at night for clean sheets so I could change them myself and get some sleep at least on the second night, the night warden told me it was no business of mine to walk around the hotel at night and told me, quote: ”March off to your room!” The stale bread at breakfast was just an icing on the cake.

Hotel in posizione strategica, quindici minuti in auto dall’aeroporto, quindici minuti a piedi dalla zona centralissima. Hotel quattro stelle un po’ datato ma pulito, camere spaziose con tutti i confort, bagno piccolo ma pulitissimo. Ho prenotato quattro stanze di categoria superior a fine gennaio per aprile, le camere che ci hanno assegnato erano dislocate su vari piani e di diversa tipologia. Al momento del check in hanno preteso il pagamento anticipato dei due pernottamenti per ogni stanza e ulteriore garanzia della carta di credito per le consumazioni frigobar (da pensare che al momento della prenotazione era già’ stata richiesta una carta di credito a garanzia della prenotazione), poco male una volta avremmo dovuto pagare. Colazione inclusa pagata nel costo stanza molto deludente, piccolo buffet con poca roba, pochi salumi e formaggi qualche pasticcino e solo qualche piccolo croissant vuoto, in tutto il buffet solo due vasetti di jogurt per due giorni consecutivi e mai riassortiti, se decidete di alloggiare qui fate a meno della colazione.

Until now I had had good experience with MGallery hotels in just about every way so this one, while ok in general, was not brilliant and I think not that welcoming. To get into the car park was not easy as, even though I had asked how to, and we pressed the button a few times, I had to go back to reception as the receptionist had not bothered to respond as she was dealing with a lady who was apparently very tired and really need to check in immediately. I pointed out I was tired too and keen to check in. Imagine sitting outside in the car at a barrier like an ***** - hardly great service. Getting out was similar although it was another member of staff who failed to notice the bell, but that brings us back to that previous receptionist who I think was impatiently rude to him, as he was being trained and clearly not brilliantly. The rooms are ok. The theme seems to be pre-cast concrete. The restaurant was good in terms of food but the staff were not attentive.

酒店的客房絕對沒有達到我們的期望。房間的暖氣很好,總是有熱水,但我得沖洗整個浴室,只爲了洗澡。我對打掃衛生也抱有非常強烈的懷疑。老闆總的來說非常友好,但是沒有支持我們與出租車司機的爭論,他用貨幣兌換騙走了我們,並拿走了一筆不合理的大額錢。他實際上稱我們爲“馬拉卡斯”,因爲他不願意給可憐的出租車司機小費。(信我,相當臭名昭著)是這次差評的主要原因,也是我將來不再喜歡它的原因。

Superlage, direkt an einer Ecke am oberen Vitosha Blvd. Für Touristen ideal weil viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Für's Auge nett eingerichtete Zimmer, das eingesetzte Material allerdings ist von minderwertiger Qualität. Billigstes Spanholz oder Presspappe oder was auch immer. Die Böden der Schubladen teilweise lose, weil mit Ministiften vernagelt, die sich auch bei leichter Beladung lösen. Wasserspartaste der Toilette ohne Funktion. Die Betten waren okay - mit gutem Schlafkomfort. Allerdings hatten wir auch ein Zimmer nach hinten raus - was sehr ruhig war. Nach vorn hin dürfte es laut werden. Eine echte Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nicht, Handtücher wurden aber tgl. gewechselt und Abfalleimer (der auch für's Toliettenpapier genutzt werden muss) geleert. Empfang bei Ankunft war sehr nett, mit Einweisung zu Zimmer und Gebäude. Gute Lösung mit codierten Türen (Eingangstür Gebäude, Eingangstür Etage und Zimmertür). So braucht man nicht auf Schlüssel aufzupassen. Danach saß eine junge Dame an der Rezeption, die für den Job m.E. völlig ungeeignet war. Wir hatten eine einfache Frage. Sie blickte kurz vom PC hoch, antwortete 'no!' und starrte sofort wieder in den PC - wohl in der Hoffnung, dass wir wieder verschwinden. Ich war geneigt micht für die Störung zu entschuldigen, bis mir einfiel, dass wir ja die Gäste in dem Hotel waren. Wir haben jeden weiteren Kontakt vermieden. Also niemand sollte mit der Rezeption als Ansprechspartner zählen.
