El Dorado Maroma水療度假村 - 更全面(El Dorado Maroma A Spa Resort - More Inclusive)

I visited the El Dorado Maroma with my friend for a week in January 2023. Believe me, this is the best resort ever! I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in the Cancun/Riviera Maya area, and this resort outranks all others! The service is simply amazing, from the second you arrive until you have to leave. We absolutely loved Manuel at the beach, who greeted us each morning and walked out with us to help us find the perfect spot for the day. He didn’t just hand us our towels - he laid them out for us on the loungers or the bali bed chosen, then adjusted the umbrella so we could be in the shade, as we preferred. He then continued checking on us throughout the day and adjusting our umbrella as the sun moved. Talk about being pampered! He was wonderful! We also loved Little D (Diego) at the beach, who brought us drinks and made us smile - he seems so happy to be there! I can’t forget to mention the beach - it is the best beach of any resort I have stayed at! Clean, white sand, and so few people. That’s another great thing about this resort - no crowds!! It is small, quiet and relaxing. So peaceful! If you want a party resort, this is not it. It was perfect for us! Overall, you will not be sorry if you choose this resort!!! We loved it and will return again, hopefully soon, and hopefully with my hubby next time! I can’t wait to hear those wonderful friends tell me “Welcome Home”!

The entertainment team Alex, Chris Octavio, hazael, Adrian were brilliant with us and a credit to the hotel. They provided us with everything we needed activity wise and always very positive. Also the smoothies made by Marco were incredible too and a lovely thing to have. Randy was the best waiter I have ever had at any hotel. Always very polite and checking in on us. Food at all restaurants was incredible.

Estamos enamorados de este hotel por muchas razones: El personal te hace sentir no solo bienvenido sino que te sientes entre amigos. Esta vez nos alojamos en las habitaciones "mi hotelito", muy bonitas, modernas y muy cómodas, además de la accesibilidad hacia la playa y el bar 24. Un sello distintivo del hotel es la calidad de la comida y la calidad de las bebidas así como la disponibilidad del menú. Quiero agradecer a los amigos de bares, René, Diego, Daniel, Leobardo por su excelente atención; los meseros de Papitos y su capitán que por su orden y buen trabajo le llamamos de cariño "el General", a los meseros de Lima Limón, en especial a Patricia por su trato cariñoso y amable, Shirem y Carlos de Exotic y en general a todo el personal por su excelente trato. En puntos a mejorar, revisar un poco la cortina de las habitaciones ya que es muy difícil y ruidoso cerrarlas por falta de lubricación, es muy difícil para los mexicanos encontrar cama bali en la mañana porque los americanos literalmente las "apañan" desde muy temprano y a las 9 a.m. ya no hay disponibilidad, el sabor en los aguachiles y ceviches del lima limón y la barra fría del menú podría mejorar. Para las personas que dicen que hay una distinción entre el trato a mexicanos con extranjeros, creo que puede llegar a ser cierto, pero es muy importante tomar en consideración también el trato que como mexicanos damos a nuestros connacionales, en el pedir está el dar, definitivamente.

Muy atentos. Aunque algunos solo por saber que somos mexicanos no quisieran atendernos. Las habitaciones está bien acondicionadas todo muy limpio e impecable. ✅ Itzel fue una de las personas que nos estuvo ayudando en cualquier pregunta o insatisfacción que tuviéramos. 🫡 Es un lugar muy agradable tienen una vista maravillosa de la playa 🏖️ y la tranquilidad es perfecta para los que nos molesta el ruido y vamos a descansar pero sobre todo a pasarla bien 👍🏾

Chris, Octavio, Hazel, Alexander, carlos Daniel, Rene, Soleme, Karen Agustin the entertainment staff was the best . Papitos morning breakfast staff was awesome. The massage staff treated us well. Thank you to Bernie our butler who took care of our anniversary dinner.

El grupo de animación es lo máximo! Todos son muy divertidos y complacientes. Isabel, Erick, Alex, Alejandro y leirbag son muy atentos!!! El dj es muy bueno, (Juan) y saludos para Jorje que me ayudo con las toallas en la playa!!!

El servicio es una maravilla, todos muy amables, aquí uno no se aburre, las actividades son geniales y el lugar es hermoso. Quiero agradecer a la gente que nos brinda su apoyo todos los días, pero sobre todo a los que nos impartieron la clase de cocina Mimi, Alex, Marlon, Juanita, Fernando, Dj Juan y Manuel nuestro Mayordomo de playa.

tuvimos grandes experiencias en este lugar de las cuales nunca nos vamos a olvidar, nuestros amigos del hotel fueron muy amables y siempre muy atentos con nosotros muchisimas gracias al equipo de entretenimiento que hizo de nuestras vacaciones una maravilla: hazael, jonathan, chris, charlie, alexander y octacvio
