軌道旅館(Orbits Inn)

One night stay to attend an event at the Narrows Center. The room was clean and bed comfortable. No extras, but I did not need them. A USB charging port would have been great; I forgot one and my phone died overnight. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The toilet was old, the seat slid, and it was low. Peeling and moldy caulking around the tub. LOW water pressure. Moisture constant in bathroom; had to leave fan and light on 24/7. Noisy fan. Small, cheap bath towels and only one wash cloth and hand towels. Did appreciate that were no carpets and generally the room was clean. The owners were very kind and friendly and helpful. Some fresh paint, brighter colors and upgrades in bathrooms and painting the walls will make it more inviting. I would say 1 star is a more accurate rating.

Terrible experience. Bathroom was awful. Shower was so dirty we didn't use it. Waste of money at $190. I asked for partial credit and woman yelled at me. Avoid!

We actually couldn’t stay there, it was in a bad section of town, it was old and beat up with no amenities and it was the same price as a nicer hotel.

Charged me a damage fee before I even left the hotel and when I told them they hung up the phone

Bad service Rude host at check in Dirty People were being loud and partying all night and morning and complained and was told by the host to leave if I don't like it and was yelled at Worst place I've been in my life

I first arrived to the location looked nothing like the pictures it wasn’t even a hotel it was a motel. I went to enter the lobby at 2:30pm and the door was locked so I rang the bell no one answered. I waited outside and finally started calling the front desk it went to voicemail 4 times on the 5th call a man answered by asking what I wanted. I explained I was there to check in after about a minute of me explaining he said he was busy and would let me in once he got back to the office. I waited about another 5 minutes and finally was let in. Then he had a hard time finding my reservation finally he found it. I then went to my room the first outside flight of stairs were closed so had to walk to the other side of the parking lot to find stairs that were open. Once I was in my room I found that the bathroom had not been cleaned and human hair was still all over the tub. I had traveled 7 hours that day because I had a lecture at Roger Williams University that I had to give. So I stayed about two hours and decided I could not stay in this so called hotel any longer. I packed my belongings and left. I ended up driving back home 7 hours that night. I would like a full refund back from this location or ********** or I will not be using it again. Thanks Daryl Marston
