This amazing Guest House is close to vyneards, beach and mountains. Beautifull property, with great services! We loved it!

We were in the Cape for a wedding and booked several rooms at the Albourne Guest house. It is hands down one of the best guest houses we have ever stayed at. Glen and his team are simply wonderful. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the place was spotlessly clean. The garden/pool area was beautiful with pool loungers and fresh towels. The breakfast was truly world class with a huge selection of wonderful food. Our favourite part had to be the extensive honesty bar. Glen and his team couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. This is a home from home for us Many thanks to Albourne Guest House

Glen and his team are most wonderful, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Albourne to anyone staying in the area. The entire guesthouse is clean, well kept and the garden really lovely to relax in.

A wonderful place to stay with super-attentive host (Glen) and staff. My friend and I arrived very late in the evening after a long flight and we were welcomed and checked-in by Peter who showed us our rooms, led us to the very comfortable lounge/bar, went and filled an ice bucket for us then lit the fire for us whilst we relaxed with a drink. Both our rooms were large, clean and comfortable with effective aircon units. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of cold and hot food and very attentive waiting staff. The guest house itself is located in an affluent area in which Glen assured us it was very safe to stroll around. We walked the next day to the beautiful Vergelegen winery (highly recommended) which took us about 20-30 mins each way. My luggage was unfortunately lost in transit from Amsterdam and as we were only stopping for 2 nights in Albourne before commencing a tour of the Western Cape, Glen kindly offered to look after our luggage in our absence when it eventually arrived. This is the kind of personal service which is much appreciated when things don't always go to plan! Thank You, Glen & Staff Paul V & Paul B

What a little gem! Amazing accommodation and location but best of all the owners and staff made our trip a success. Glen and Mareaze were the perfect hosts and we can’t wait to come back next year! Breakfast was substantial and delicious. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. Lovely lounges and bar to complete our days just perfect!

The Albourne team is always welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities one needs on hand. The location, access and security are great. Breakfasts are superb!

Great facilities with a very good and welcoming staff. The various rooms and locations to sit in are very nice. The breakfast is great with a lot of variety and we had a great stay for a couple of days. Would definitely come back.

Stunning guesthouse, beautiful rooms, super clean. Staff were amazingly friendly. Would 100% recommend! Lovely breakfast available and also limited evening snack options. Comfy lounge to relax in - with roaring fire in the winter.

We stayed at Albourne for 2 nights as we had a wedding at Lourensford. It was the perfect position and very comfortable. They went out of their way to look after us, even served us lunch the one day. Breakfasts were amazing and very substantial. We really enjoyed our time there. Lovely family run guest house.

Glen was an absolutely stunning host!! Going the extra mile is a huge understatement! I have never received such amazing service. They absolutely did everything in their power to help us. We were in Somerset West to compete in the Wines2Whales MTB race, and nothing was too much of an ask for Glen. Thank you so so much for helping us and making everything so easy! Great People! Albourne House is 30 minutes from Cape Town airport and is in an ideal spot for visits to the wine lands and Cape Town itself. It has beautiful gardens and swimming pool and is kept to a high standard.Glen the manager is most helpful and has a good team to help him.We have stayed here a couple of times now and can honestly say that it is amongst the top guest houses that we have stayed in.Highly recommended

A very hospitable questhouse we’re you will feel yourself quickly at home. The staff is great and they do everything for you to have a good time. The accommodation is very good and near a lot of things to do. Only, the beds shout be 2 meters long!
