New hotel build in 2018, nice rooms and large bathrooms. View to the lake with a walking path to the next city overlooking the lake. Beautiful swimming pool in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast! Service minded staff always with a smile. Rooms on ground floor in the wing has a lake view but limited compare to rooms facing the lake directly. The city Gravedona has very little selection of restaurants and the hotel has no dinner nor lunch possibilities only smaller dishes until 19.30.

It would have been nice to get a heads up on driving access to the site. They sent us a message that there is no check in after 11pm but no information about road access to the hotel. We had to drive around town to find a way to the entry to the hotel. Also, the reception wasn’t very friendly. Check in and check out.

the staff are supper helpful, kind and with high level of service orientation. rooms are convinient, clean and comfortable. breakfast was good and the weak wifi was an advantage..... less screen time and more view time at lake Como and the surrounding.. it is a pity that they don't have a real option for dinner since the nearby alternatives are limited. worthwhile to stay here!

Magnifique hôtel sur le lac de Côme qui est un 3 étoiles mais qui mérite d'être classé en 4 étoiles . demander la chambre 119 c'est la chambre la mieux placée . belle piscine un peu fraîche. vous êtes au bord du lac de Côme . Vue magnifique au calme c est reposant. petit village à côté très typique. on y mange de bonnes glaces chez GELATERIA CARAPINA. Très bonne pizzeria LA FATORIA à Brenzio dans la montagne à 13 minutes en voiture . Hôtel à recommander, son petit déjeuner excellent. Les chambres d une propreté irréprochable. Allez y vite vous adorerez

Accueil très agréable et à l’écoute des clients ,le cadre est idyllique ,la chambre est très confortable . Le petit déjeuner est très copieux ,beaucoup de choix et est très savoureux . Cet hôtel 3 étoiles mériterait largement d’être un 4 étoiles vu les prestations

Town where hotel is located only has one taxi and hotel was no help with transportation. We were told by hotel to take the bus 45 minutes and then walk a mile which we had no choice but to do in the hot sun with our luggage. We also had to take a ferry for an hour to get to Bellagio which is the highlight of Lake Cuomo. Great place if you want to be isolated from civilization.

Nach der Direktbuchung im Hotel wurde mir meine Buchung in einer Mail nur für den Zeitraum und mit dem auf der Hotelseite angegebenen Zimmerpreis bestätigt. Beim Check-Inn wurde dann sofort die Rechnung vorgelegt und die Zahlung des Zimmers verlangt. Anschließend wurde dann behauptet, wir hätten das größte Zimmer gebucht und kein Zimmer mit frontalem Seeblick. Daher auch die teuerste Kategorie. Wir können nur Jedem raten, sich die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie bestätigen zu lassen. Das Zimmer war eine Frechheit.

This is a great hotel with a B & B vibe. Rooms were nice and quiet. Food was very good. Breakfast was tasty. What makes this place a 5 star hotel are the staff and their meringue ice cream cake (meringa, sp). One of the best desserts I have ever had. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area again
