我們很失望。酒店的位置很好,但在步行街上,所以你必須帶着行李走才能到達,因爲前面不能下車。除非你有很多行李,或者必須在暴雨中離開,否則不會很糟糕。有一個可愛的露台,在那裏供應早餐,晚上你可以坐在那裏。在我們入住期間,浴室發黴了,客房服務沒有解決。你必須保持浴室門打開和風扇,以免變得更糟,但氣味難聞,風扇很吵。工作人員(業主?)不是特別友好,在一兩次場合都非常粗魯。我們房間裏留下了一瓶香檳,我們的旅行社的眼鏡。我們喝香檳的那天晚上,當我們把用過的眼鏡放在酒吧時,沒有要求允許使用眼鏡時,我們被大喊大叫。我們試圖解釋他們是我們房間裏留下的眼鏡,但似乎沒有區別。我們在一個非常繁忙的季節結束時參觀了,我相信他們對遊客感到厭倦,但對客人大喊大叫是不合適的。

這家酒店距離索倫託的主要街道和廣場幾米。一切都在步行距離之內。另一個優點是酒店工作人員。他們都友好而樂於助人。早餐還可以,適合一家4*酒店,優點是你可以在外面吃飯。泳池只有1.40米深。但是你可以在那裏放鬆一下。我們從來沒有遇到過椅子的問題。我們的房間在靠近游泳池的主樓外面(602)。這對我們三個人來說是正確的尺寸,很乾淨。我們喜歡靠近游泳池。總而言之,也許是索倫託最好的選擇之一。

2024 年 6 月中旬的一個週末，我和夫人去意大利南部素有那不勒斯海灣明珠之稱的蘇蓮託, 有幸體驗了這家新近開張的超五星級酒店。 進入Ara Maris，迎接我們的是非常友善的門僮和無障礙英文溝通的前台服務人員。酒店的氛圍立刻就給人一種賓至如歸的好感。環視酒店大廳，無論是傢俱、擺件、燈具、色調、還是大廳盡頭牆壁上的畫作處處都體現出了意大利設計師精心的設計和現代派的藝術風格。給我們的第一印象是，簡潔、現代、明朗、還透着一種讓人非常舒適的“輕奢”。 大廳酒吧的調酒師推薦了當季最流行的雞尾酒-Spritz。最讓我驚喜的還是免費配酒小吃中的綠橄欖。毫不誇張的説這是我在意大利吃過的味道最好的綠橄欖，不鹹，入口有一股濃濃的橄欖香味，讓人回味無窮。 酒店雖不大，但為方便客人設定了多部電梯。 酒店房間裏的設計也充滿了濃厚的地中海式氛圍。房間中一改傳統的地毯鋪地設計，採用了當地傳統工藝製作的深藍色的地磚和淺灰色的地板結合，拱形門窗讓浴室更凸顯當地設計風格，客房內配備的茶杯都和浴室內牆上設計的瓷磚相互呼應，既美觀又實用。酒店還貼心的為客人準備了去海邊遊玩必備的拖鞋和沙灘包，大大的沙灘包可以裝下你需要的所有物品。離開酒店時，帶有酒店標誌漂亮的沙灘包和拖鞋也是酒店送給客人的禮物。 推門走到客房的陽台，映入眼簾的是180度海景。但欣賞落日餘暉的最佳地點還要數酒店頂層的露台吧。客人可以在落日時分在露台吧喝酒聊天，欣賞美景，在落日的餘暉下結束一天的活動。 還要點讚的就是酒店的餐廳，早餐，幾十種餐廳自製的麪點讓人有種小孩子進了糖果店的感覺。第一天晚餐也是超讚。每道菜從擺盤到口味都不亞於我們之前在當地品嚐過的米其林餐廳水準。 一個週末在意猶未盡的時光中就溜走了！這麼舒適的酒店，這樣豐盛的美食，還有周邊沒逛完的小城讓我們決定有時間時一定要常去。

We had a brilliant holiday at the Grand President Hotel. Such a wonderful hotel spacious rooms, a high standard of cleanliness and brilliant food. The staff are a real asset to the hotel a particular thank you to our wonderful cleaner Maria Grazia who was always so friendly to us all and did an excellent job, it’s people like Maria that made our holiday so special.

距索倫托（Sorrento）衹有30分鐘的步行路程，非常適合小型摩托車。

Words can’t describe how amazing our experience was with hotel Mary. Vico Equense is the most beautiful place, and only 10 min train ride to Sorrento. If you’re looking for accommodation I would highly recommend staying here! The views from the hotel were amazing, clean and tidy rooms, infinitely pool stunning, huge breakfast served each day, and to top if off a private beach club all included in the price…. Like what?! Truly worth the money and would come back here in a heart beat. Staff were super friendly and recommended great restaurants. All round one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to return.

回去總是很不錯,已經說了全部,景色優美的頂端服務,超級推帶孩子的家庭,也爲快的放鬆,頂端的福利中心和游泳池,隨處可見和專業。說得好推,今年唯一的罪就是在大樓外看到少量的維修,對其餘的花園等等,如往常一樣。

We absolutely loved this hotel and wished we stayed longer. After Hotel Margherita, we carried on to Positano, where we stayed for one night, but we wish we stayed in Praiano longer as it was in our opinion better than Positano. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, clean and had beautiful rooms. The breakfast was amazing and staff of both restaurant and front desk were the nicest we ever experienced. Thank you all for such a great time!

非常好的體驗，我很推薦！房間裏有陽台，風景很好。賓館距離龐貝入口很近。我晚上睡得很好，很安靜。老闆第二天還免費幫我保留行李，我非常感激。

CcharlottieotsieTook my dad on a trip to Italy for his birthday and the first night of our stay couldn't have gone better here. Margrita was so welcoming and friendly, offering us a glass of juice or water upon arrival. She then gave us a plethora of different croissants to choose for as part of the breakfast. There was a classic course of buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes, then a flavoured croissant, and a plate of fresh fruit. The other people staying there said it was the best breakfast ever, and to be honest, I agree. The rooms were incredibly tidy and neat, complete with a fridge to store water for enduring the heat (air con worked a treat, and there were also complimentary water bottles on our first night). The views from the little balconys in the common areas were beautiful overlooking the lemon trees. The location was great, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for us as we were out of the hustle and bustle. And about a 10 minute walk from the station when we arrived. All in all 10/10 honestly, and I don't usually leave reviews but felt the need to do this place and margrita justice! 😊

OOdyssey48564022115旅途中臨時改了行程，運氣很好，提前1天就訂到了Villa Oriana Relais，入住體驗遠超於預期。 Oriana離索倫託市中心大概兩三公里，開車十來分鐘就到了，到波西塔諾卡普里什麼都很方便。Oriana在一個檸檬園內，進大門後會穿過一個滿是檸檬的樹林，步行3min左右到達別墅。辦理入住時host提供了welcome dessert，自製的蜂蜜蛋糕和檸檬水，味道很棒~ 預訂時頁面寫的房間面積25平，實際面積感覺大很多，也很乾凈。特別喜歡檸檬樹下的陽台，太讓人驚喜了！實現檸檬自由！本來訂酒店時糾結是訂看海的酒店，還是Oriana，最後看到性價比和超高的評分，決定嘗試一下，做了很正確的決定！ 酒店工作人員很nice，門廳的走廊牆上貼了很多有用的tips，每天早上都會打印最新的天氣預報貼上。早餐雖然種類不算很多，但基本的都有，味道也不錯~ 可以面向大海悠閑地享用早餐~特別喜歡自製的蛋糕，好多種都很好吃。餐具蠻精緻，有點青花瓷的顏色，喜歡餐盤墊紙上的那句話 home away from home，Oriana的確給我帶來了這樣的感受。 在Oriana住了三天兩夜，走的時候非常不捨，有機會會再回來住！Love it so much :）

訪訪客Room had bugs and we had to change hotels. They tried a disinfectation procedure but it was evident they had an infestation problem for quite some time. They also said the bugs may have come with our luggage but it turns out all our things were bug-free and the bugs obviously did not set up a whole colony just overnight. They offered and did provide us another room, but we decided staying at this hotel after sleeping with the bugs just wasn’t an option.

訪訪客Myself, my sister and Mam had the most amazing stay in this b&b! We stayed in room Amalfi which had 2 double beds and one single! The room had a jacuzzi and a stocked mini fridge! I’d be very fussy with cleanliness when going away and must say it is was absolutely spotless, great air con, Netflix and a little area to eat food! It’s a 7 min walk into the main area and is a perfect quite street! Would highly recommend 😊

DDream10861389064Such a beautiful location and hotel. It feels like you've stepped into an Italian estate. The staff were amazing, the food - delicious. Our room was perfect with a comfortable mattress... but when will Italy realize we need better pillows. lol... What it's NOT, is close to the action of downtown Sorrento. For what we were doing, it was perfection. But when I got back to Sorrento, I'll stay within walking distance to the shopping and piers.

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the ”spa” shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

We were delighted to stay at Villa Maria it is a top hotel one minute walk from the main drag / 5 minutes into the town centre. Our room on the fourth floor was perfectly good double with a shower room. NB - if you are a big fatty you will consider the room small and not be happy about it! The room was clean and cleaned regularly, linen good. The decor in the loo (floral tiles) is perhaps dated but quite kitsch, all good. The water pressure in the shower could be better but that’s the same the world over! Some hooks in the room would be useful and easy change I would recommend. NB - if you are a precious prima-donna who thinks everything is beneath them you will hate it! We had a wee balcony at the back which I really liked - a bit like the view from a train when you see the world from behind - looking out on the the everyday life of the world and his wife in Sorrento. The dining room was airy, bright and busy and the staff very friendly. We only went for breakfast which was adequate (ie there was stuff to eat) but as vegans it was (as it always is the world over) pretty limited. There was plenty bread, jams, muesli , fruit and coffee ( with soy milk - that was much appreciated). Although half board we didn’t eat dinner at all in the hotel for the reasons. I’m sure the maitre d and chef would have ‘adapted’ something from the dinner menu ( which I see from other reviews people have praised them for) but on a matter of principle for me a dish either is or isn’t vegan. In a nation famed for its seafood and charcuterie what else should I expect! The pool & pool area was great, never too busy and really relaxed. My only word of warning be mindful of how many Cokes and bowls of chips you have! They are not cheap and it may catch up on you, as it did me at check out! On floor 6 there is a superb sun deck with awesome views for sunset which was bizarrely underused, quite often we were the only people up there (which I liked!). The lifts are little and slow, but expect on arrival and departure with suitcases , all able bodied people should do as we did and use the stairs, especially if you are a big fatty! The reception staff were the best, greeting us like friends every time we came and went, they also write the most withering and hilarious responses to negative reviews on here which really made me laugh! Overall great, I would heartily recommend you book Villa Maria (unless you are a big fatty) Thanks x

酒店底部的餐廳很棒。7歐元Margherita披薩,你得到10%的折扣作爲酒店客人。
我下次可能會住在城裏,因爲離一切都更近,但我喜歡步行和徒步旅行鍛鍊,所以大樓梯對我來說很管用,但不適合很多人。我認爲酒店可能會說他們有免費出租車到鎮上,但不是100%肯定。

訪訪客Well what can i say 4 star its not more likely 2 star at best the site is poor by any standard shows signs of lack of investment the restaurant and Bar has delusion of grandeur and won't let dogs in not that I have one but we witnessed a women being turned away ,the food is to say the least overpriced and Well below par the little shop is well stocked but expensive ,modern ,shower block work well but everything appears to be they are just in it for the money the site pitches are tight and on a hill side so not for those with walking difficulties and the sites is over Run With Ants . So use it as a base and don't expect to use Your ACSI card as they will tell you they have over 30 percent booked up using the card LOL more likely there just cashing in .

VVella55很不錯的酒店，大氣，優美。前台接待的男士都很禮貌、服務熱情。遺憾的是餐廳早餐7點開始，許多客人已經等在門口了，餐廳的大門也不會在7點鐘準時打開，總要晚2、3分鐘，而事實是，餐廳的服務人員並不少。其實，即便沒有在規定時間內準備就緒，但至少應該準時開門，不要讓客人站在門外等。
