費歐瑞塔別墅酒店(Hotel Villa Fiorita)

We had a fantastic stay at the lovely Hotel Villa Fiorita after a hectic week in Rome. Perched in the hills above the town of Sorrento, the hotel boasts breathtaking views, a quiet setting, and a gracious staff. We loved that the hotel was small and family run. Everyone we encountered was helpful and kind; we felt so welcomed. Giovanni at the front desk helped us out of a stressful situation when our return transportation to the Rome airport fell thru at the last minute. He stepped us thru everything we needed to do and even had the hotel give us a ride to the train station so we wouldn't miss our train. We were truly treated as friends. Our room was on the lower level and had an ample terrace which enabled us to enjoy the view even more. The amenities in the room were great including an updated bathroom with a large shower. The daily breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety along with options to take in that beautiful view. We opted for dinner one night at the hotel as we wanted a low key option at the end of the day; both the food and service were great. At first, we were a little concerned that the hotel required a shuttle to get to town, but we quickly fell in love with the hotel's quiet setting. It was a welcomed respite each night after a busy day along the coast. The shuttle was convenient, timely, and easy to use. When traveling to another country, it's such a relief to be treated with kindness and hospitality as you navigate so many new things. We were thoroughly impressed with everything about the Hotel Villa Fiorita and hope to return someday!

Front desk staff were very rude. We booked a room with a terrace and when we got there they said that we booked the very last room and that there wasn’t a room with a terrace available. They didn’t care, and were very rude and disrespectful. The whole reason we booked here was for the morning view of anmalfi coast. They also had the hot tub closed the entire time. They said it was because it was windy. The second night there was zero wind, but they still had it closed and said it was because of wind.

great views from this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread was good. location is a little far from city center, but they had shuttles running constantly. Email them quite a number of times and they were very prompt with their replies.

Nous sommes aller manger dans leur restaurant durant 3 jours, une expérience merveilleuse. La cuisine est succulente. Le goût des plats de ma nonna 🤩. Bref, je ne peux que recommander d’y aller. Le rapport qualité prix imbattable! Seul petit bémol, si vous commandez tout d’un d’un coup les plats sont servis très rapidement. Donc il faut juste passer la commande au fur et à mesure de vos envies.

飯店裝潢高雅。離市中心有點遠，但每小時有一班免費接駁車。從餐廳看到的景色非常漂亮。餐廳的菜單非常好，物有所值。工作人員很好，尤其是接駁車司機！遺憾的是沒有游泳池，但 2 個按摩浴缸非常令人愉快。記得帶上睡眠面膜，以免一大早就被陽光吵醒。我推薦的是物有所值。

Splendido panorama come la famiglia che gestisce questo Hotel. Grazie ai consigli del proprietario ci siamo goduti la meravigliosa costiera amalfitana. Hotel pulito con ottima colazione vasta e gustosa. Parcheggio auto da prenotare poco distante dall'hotel. Non è vicinissimo al centro ma gode di un servizio navetta gratuito eccellente.

L hôtel est magnifique avec une vue impressionnante sur sorrente et la baie Un peu à l écart de sorrente mais une navette régulière est très pratique pour aller dans le centre ville Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. J’ai apprécié qu ils parlent français. Un parking est à disposition avec une personne qui prend en charge les bagages et le stationnement Le lundi de Pâques le restaurant de l hôtel était fermé on nous a proposé de nous conduire dans un restaurant à proximité c était vraiment appréciable Excellent rapport qualité prix A recommander sans hésiter

They are family operated business. Very accommodating and they are so helpful with the info about all the attractions in the Amalfi coast. The view of the bay of Sorrento was spectacular. They’re restaurant had great food and service. The rooms were very clean.

Very nice hotel located about 15-20' from Sorrento City. Excellent view of the Sorrento bay and the town. The staff was very friendly and kind and tried their best to accommodate us On a negative note this is a basic hotel quite far from the Sorrento city and the free bus is neither frequent nor at convenient times The room was also decent but nothing more than this
