瑟爾薩爾套房酒店(Sersale Suites)

Super hébergement près de la station du train (10 minutes à pied). Nous avions la chambre Capri: quelle belle grande terrasse avec une superbe vue. Chambre très propre. Lit et oreillers confortables. Personnel très sympatique toujours prêts à nous aider. Il n'y a pas de réception à cet hébergement, mais ils sont toujours disponible par whatsapp. Bon déjeuner. Merci pour ce séjour.

Se você precisa de uma acomodação para deixar as malas antes de fazer o checking, não conte com esta estadia. A foto das pessoas tomando café num terraço aberto, é enganosa. Ficamos em 3 pessoas, a cama de solteiro é muito desconfortável. Fomos com uns amigos para levar as malas, a pessoa que nos recebeu disse que não podia entrar. Falamos que o casal estava apenas ajudando com as bagagens e que estavam hospedados em outro lugar mas ela foi bastante deselegante, ficou presente ate que saíssemos. Se o rigor é grande, deveriam se preocupar com o hall do térreo, tinha um festival de baratas mortas! O que valeu foi a localização e o atendimento da pessoa que serve o café.

Angelo and Maria were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. We would have preferred a bigger room for 3 adults. Shower was good. Linen change and towel change only on 3 rd day which is not what I am used too, however Maria was kind to accommodate extra towel request.

I do not usually give reviews, but Sersale Suites deserves the world. I stayed with my girlfriend in the Positano room and it was outstanding. The place itself is in the best location in Sorrento, along with being very clean. The room was bigger than the pictures depict it to be. Every morning they offer you breakfast, which is really sweet. Overall, this has probably been the nicest place in Italy that I have stayed at. Very wholesome and welcoming.

La ubicación es espectacular , la limpieza y todo en general muy bien .Nos servía nuestro desayuno Maria en el balcón todos los días siempre con una super actitud es lo máximo . Gran lugar para hosped**** en Sorrento 😉

Great location, close to the main shopping snd dinning *****. Very good breakfast with savoury and sweet options. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Capri room which had a large covered deck and comfy deck chairs which was nice to relax on in the afternoon sun. I would stay here again.

The location is great, very close to the centre of Sorrento. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The host was very friendly and we were provided with lots of helpful information when we arrived. There is a car park about 5 minutes walk away, Parcheggio Stinga. Highly recommended.

I cannot praise this property enough. The pictures cannot really tell the reality. The whole property is very high standard and a lot of thought has been put into decorating it. It's also super central so everything is walking distance. Fabio, the host went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and memorable. I was staying in the Capri suite and loved how spacious, modern and clean the room was, not mentioning the wonderful terrace and the view. I would also like to thank Francesca for preparing delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

You will be treated like you are in a 5* hotel. Meet us to check in, had suggestions on dining which were great! Called us the day before to see what they could set up for us, very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous! We had it on our balcony each morning and it was beautiful. Wonderful way to start the day. remembered what we did not like the day before and should change the menu to fit our likes. Room very nice, location convenient. We left our car key there and they shipped it to us in the US, We would stay there again and recommending the place to our friends
