克蘭伯裏南不倫瑞克萬怡酒店(Courtyard Cranbury South Brunswick)

酒店很乾凈而且員工很友好。床對我來説有點太軟了，但其他一切都很好。會推薦。

Room appeared to be clean, we open the blinds to find parts of the wall to have fallen in the window sill. There was a handicap chair in the shower area and the room smelled moldy. Parts of the hotel are dated and needs to be undated like the hallway carpeting. Not a fan - we left and went down the street to the Hampton Inn and will never book at a Marriott again.

Front desk can be more welcoming with a smile. Don’t take your Tesla at this property all superchargers were closed on property. Luckily I was driving a gas car. Also make sure to ask for breakfast coupons at time of checkin if you prepaid breakfast otherwise expect to show prepaid receipt for breakfast coupons.

Quiet, clean location. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only issue was that the linens for the pull out couch were the wrong size

We had to wait for maintenance to charge and unlock our room door’s lock because the keys didn’t work, after going downstairs several times for the keys to be reactivated/ re-sensitized. After a very long day we had to wait for over an hour for our room door to be opened so that we could get our stuff. Then they transferred us to another room, with a sporadic shower, sink and toilet. While taking a shower the water pressure would randomly go down to a light sprinkle. So you’re stuck there with soap in your eyes, trying to use the few drops that were coming out to rinse your eyes. Then the toilet was making noise all night. The hotel and ******* refused to compensate us for that one night. This is my second time booking through a third party for a Courtyard Marriott and I see that it is quite risky because the hotel will act like their hands are tied since you booked with a third party and then ******* will act like their hands are tied after calling the hotel to confirm the incident. ******* did offer a $150 coupon to use on another booking, but we would still have to pay for that night of inconvenience, with no access to our clothes, medicine, etc for all that time. No worries because I don’t plan to book through ******* or Courtyard Marriott again.

We arrived late after spending time with family. The night clerk did not welcome us and was very curt like we were an inconvenience. By contrast, when we checked out, the day clerk was very friendly and had a smile for us.

Has no breakfast included with the room and I actually had to pay $3:15 for a cup of coffee. No microwave in the room. The carpets are dirty looking and the bathroom door was installed backward and when its open it completely blocks access to the sink. Terrible stay. Look elsewhere for a better stay

수영장 물이 별로였어요. 수영장이 작고, 수영 후 피부 트러블이 생겼어요.
