Horrendous! Contact high in the hallway which was fine bc the box of donuts that counted as the included breakfast helped. The group of people in the stairwell drinking until 2:30am were very kind and helped us keep that high rolling. All joking aside, do not stay here, my neighbor actually told me she felt unsafe so we checked on her and she made it!

Window in our room was very drafty. Storm went through the night we stayed and the curtains would move from the amount of wind coming through. Mold on shower curtain. Beds were very clean. Front of house, and I got the impression that she also cleaned the rooms, was very nice.

We decided to stay another day…we called the hotel and asked if our room was available for another night. She said yes I just cleaned it myself. We got to the room and thought it had been cleaned. Until I pulled my sheets back, and I found a receipt that belonged to me and I had accidentally left it the night before. They had not even changed the sheets!

There was a pillow case put on one of the pillows inside out, there was 3 cream rinses & only 1 shampoo, the tub was stuck in the *shower* mode, there was absolutely no hot water & the toilet had been used & NOT flushed when we got into our room for the night. I understand (why) their parking lot was EMPTY....as the old saying goes....Hind sight is 20/20.

Hotel is priced right for it's condition. I would stay here again if my normal hotel in Jacksonville is booked.

Shower curtain was falling apart, and the shower curtain rod was about to come out of the drywall. Desk in the room was about to fall apart.

The building condition is awful, the elevator floor is coming up, luggage racks are broken carpet in rooms is frayed, bleach stains down the hallway carpet. The rooms are tiny, half the lights didn’t work the curtains were frayed. The first room they put us in had dirty sheets on both beds. The breakfast consisted of a dozen doughnuts, waffles and cereal at 7am. By far the worst Baymont I have ever stayed in!

The room was old and the furniture looked 30yrs old. The carpet was dirty and had stains on it. It looked like it was bought by Indians from Asia. The staff were mainly Indians. . Some of the Direct TV channels has no sound.

It was extremely had to understand the person that checked us in. The next morning we had to wake up the same person to check out. The ice machine was not working. The room was pretty clean.

The property appears to making improvements. The room was clean and everything worked great. The carpet had stains in many spots but appeared very clean.You will not find a manger more helpful then Lauren, she made my experience wonderful. Thank You for your kindness you went up and beyond what you had too do.I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Nebraska traveler Jo

This property was under repair with many things not done and may have been under new management trying to make it better.

This property is under construction the room are dirty. I filed a complaint with you requesting a refund.

They offered breakfast. Went at 7 am most all food was gone and they didn't refill anything. Had a barking dog in another room that kept waking us up.
