伊斯拉大海灘度假酒店(Isla Grand Beach Resort)

This the worst ripoff I ever had, the pictures are deceiving no such thing like a resort and or Hotel, this is more likely a 5th level motel so deceiving so highly priced for the real rooms quality. The phone line was death, I had to walk in to the lobby for service , I will rate this place - 1000 if it was possible , location is great but no quality parking control anybody can drive in and use a suppose to be a private beach for the guests, at check Put time I asked for some kind of reference # and or statement and I was told to ask trip.com for my check out time and or check out statement after this lack Of honesty ripoff I was highly concerned to be charge for extra time and or incidentals I never used and when I ask for some kind of evidence and or printout statement they call security to kick me out and if they didn’t was because Inturned my phone camera on

mala experiencia, nos dieron la habitación 2 horas después de la hora que prometen y solo decian que aun la estában limpiando, muy pocas personas hablan español, nos salio una cucaracha enorme en la habitación y nunca pudimos ver tv porque no funcionaba. el personal del restaurante super atento.

Property has great resort entertainment, pool, tennis, beach area, etc. That was excellent. Building was dated/ old looking with some upkeep needed however beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall a great property with a lot to offer.

Stay was nice. Everything was walkable for things to do and places to eat. Heated pool and hot tubs were great for going in Feb.

Good location, friendly staff. The weather was bad so it was nice to have a restaurant and bar on premise. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel with many amenities. Front Desk staff didn't meet expectations and didn't provide first time visitors with any guidance. The bathroom had an annoyingly bright LED light under the vanity and bathroom door had a 2 inch gap. This made room very bright and hard to sleep. Draperies didn't extend to cover balcony door either. Overall, the property is very good, but poolside room is a let down.

Wow what an amazing property!!! Everything about it is great!! The front staff is very friendly, welcoming, and smiley! The rooms are nice. We had a cabana room I think it was called and it had everything we needed. It said ocean view but it really was not, however we just had to walk maybe 50 feet out our door to see it. The housekeeping is great! I don't think they ever stopped cleaning.. All hours of the day I'd see people cleaning and pushing carts around. I sat in the hot tub and watched guys cleaning restaurant and room windows. People actually work in SPI! Windjammers restaurant is really good and they have a brunch buffet on sat/sun! The quarterdeck bar is really a good time with live music! There's two pools, one was heated while we were there.. That was nice! Three hot tubs! (the one in the heated pool was the same temp as the pool though) The outside bar was convenient. The walk to the ocean is very minimal. Very easy access. Lots of parking. Great hotel, would definitely stay again!! (tried to add photos but this app must need some work)

I chose this off this site trusting that it would be good. The pictures look great but it was all a big lie! We got there to check in and the lobby was a dump! The staff didn’t know anything! We got keys went to our room. It was horrible! It smelled of mildew bad! There was NO view at all!. I don’t think this place has had maintenance ever! It was a dump! I had to pack all my stuff back to the car. I was out my money the desk told me for using *******! So I went to the Marriott which was great. I am really thinking about never using this site again!! You should take this place off of here as customers such as myself trust you to pick these out right!
