We had a very pleasant stay. Great staff, great property, great service and breakfast.

Wonderful stay. Conveniently located by the airport, but not far from downtown. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The area was very quiet overnight. We slept very well. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We are very likely to stay again when back in Portland.

Brand new as of October 2023, we stayed 2 nights for New Years 2023-2024. If I had to be picky: the carpet in the elevators could use a vaccum, the bathroom floor by the walls had hair, we did not have body wash in the container provided, the trolly to bring up your items was small and if you put too much stuff on it it was hard to navigate, the room should also have blackout curtains from the light getting in around the large shade, and the breakfast were waffles, cereal, hard bouled eggs, 1 pan of eggs, 1 pan of ham, and 1 pan of potatoes, with no trays to carry food back for others that slept in. Pro's: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They only had one guy that put food out and was the maintenance guy, they should hire more staff. I was hoping to see more workers walking around cleaning and filling the empty towels at the pool. Everything is really nice and I would definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend this hotel. Extremely clean and well-kept. The room was supplied well. We had everything we needed in the kitchenette and it was a smart TV. Bedding was very clean and neat room had some extra features with shelving, which was very nice. When I asked for extra towels toward the end, they were delivered right away! Breakfast was a good variety and was clean and maintained. Coffee was good! The pool was good. I think the only thing this hotel was missing for us was a hot tub. Also, the location was good. It was quiet but yet it was near the Maine mall, restaurants, and stores. Also within driving distance to many places.

It was a nice hotel, beds and pillows were comfortable. Had an ok view but the roof to the front lobby was right in front of our window. Pool was warm but a very small pool and did not have much room with other families using it. Did not care for the hot breakfast so much, only the waffles. Staff is friendly.

The rooms are great and provide everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Also the lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Having a someone like that at the front desk as your first interaction when you enter the property really sets the tone for your entire visit. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very nice, check in person was super nice and had us checked in very quickly. The room was amazing, clean, well equipped. Will definitely stay here next trip to Portland.

Room was clean and modern looking. We were only here for one night but it would be great for week long vacations.
