伊利別墅酒店(Ely House Hotel)

We really can't say enough good things about Ely House -- we had such a wonderful stay! Gloria and Sam both went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible -- nothing was too much trouble and they were super friendly and attentive -- we really felt welcome! Breakfast was first rate and Sam's service was flawless. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this lovely hotel located just minutes from the centre of town to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the Wolverhampton area.

The whole experience was very commendable. The receptionist claudia, was so helpful and very pleasant. She went above and beyond. Breakfast was waitress service, so no walking about with your food. Again the waitress was helpful and pleasant. The 3 stars seem inadequate. Furnishings are great. Impressive. I would recommend Ely House Hotel. It was close to a great restaurant and a charger for the electric car.

Lovely hotel in a grade 2 listed building. Good car park. Room was adequate size, very clean and nicely decorated. Tea/coffee available in the room. Bathroom was also very clean, bath and shower. Shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. Good choice at breakfast with food cooked to order in a well laid out dining room. Small bar, only bottled beer/lager reasonable prices. Finding the room was a little difficult because the fire doors off the landing didnt have numbers on them although the rooms themselves behind the fire doors did. No lift but there are 10 rooms on the ground floor. Would also have preferred mugs not small cups in the room Overall excellent value for money. Special mention to Claudia who goes over and beyond for every customer!

The hotel parking was very good and secure. The check in was quick and receptionist very welcomeing. Hotel was very clean in all areas, lovely bar. Room very spacious with a tea& coffee tray. A spacious bathroom, with good quality towels. Breakfast good value, service with a smile. All staff very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Valistin jälleen kerran Ely House Hotellin. Pieni ja viihtyisä perhehotelli, jossa Claudia tekee sen eron kaikkiin muihin. Claudian iloinen ja valloittava persoona tekee sen suuren eron muihin yöpymispaikkoihin. Aamiainen on aina erittäin hyvä. Sijainti on minulle ainakin erinomainen. Useita aitoja brittipubeja hyvällä kävelyetäisyydellä(esim. Stile, Royal Oak, Combemere Arms) eikä keskustakaan ole kaukana. Ennen kaikkea Molinuex (Wolvesin kotikenttä) on lähellä (n. 10min). Huoneet ovat siistejä. Suihku kaipaa päivitystä.

Stayed for one night as we were picking up a new car from Wolverhampton. Hotel is in a quieter part of Wolverhampton with plenty of free parking. Hotel is spotlessly clean and room was great with excellent bathroom facilities. Excellent choice at breakfast and really tasty. This Hotels real asset though is Claudia the receptionist who is absolutely delightful, helpful and friendly.

The staff that greeted us were excellent and continued to be so throughout our stay. A minor issue was dealt with very promptly and with pleasure, a rare combination these days. Very clean and very comfortable room, number 11, with a good shower/bath combination and HOT water for it. Claudia was on night duty for our arrival and was very attentive to our needs and continued to be so. She and Sam are both credits to the hotel and the ideal 'front of house' staff, listening and helping with any queries, taxis, shopping, eating etc. Really enjoyed our stay and did recommend to the rest of the wedding party for future use. Gladly we will be staying here again. Thanks for it all

Always a pleasure to stay at Ely House, fantastic welcome from the lovely Claudia you just wouldn't get at a huge chain hotel. Very clean and tidy, off road parking and easy walk back into Wolverhampton.

Could not fault this hotel, great value, good food and the staff were so nice, a quick Uber got us to the nightlife. Don’t bother looking for another hotel if this one is free!
