Best hotel bed in a long time. Goldilocks - not too soft, not too hard, good temp and good pillows!! Looks recently revamped/built and good quality everything. In late and out early, wish i'd had more time to spend here but will be back. Well priced too!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and clean. The location is close to everything you need all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if I was coming to Toowoomba. Close to wedding location we were attending.

I went here with my boyfriend over the weekend of his birthday. We've been trying some motels and hotels through Toowoomba, and decided to try out Avenue. We will definitely be back here again!! First of all, before our stay, there was an issue on my end concerning payment. The staff attempted to contact me a few times through call, which I missed, and yet when they finally got through to me, the lady was very kind and understanding, helping sort the issue out and giving me time. I appreciate this. During the stay, we didn't encounter the staff or any other guests - we were given the most privacy, without feeling as though we were being avoided. There was a way to contact reception over an intercom-type system in the room, and so I felt that if I had any issues, I could easily get help with that. Once our stay ended, the staff were lovely and the man who I assume was a manager or owner of some type was very kind and friendly, interacting with us as we waited outside the guest laundry after checkout. They allowed us to wait for our clothes to dry, and I did not feel rushed or pressured to leave. The atmosphere was nice and private, quiet and relaxing. The rooms were absolutely lovely, clean, well maintained, and we absolutely loved the features. While our room didnt have a washing machine or drier, many rooms there do. The free internet was fast, the room came with aircon, a fan, a balcony/courtyard, wonderful shower and bathroom, a microwave, and everything we would need during our stay. I loved the small milk they kept in the fridge for us. There was no minibar, but plenty of snacks and drinks available at reception. I loved the location. Avenue motel is very close walking distance to many foodaries, fast food, ice cream places, cafes, and restuarants. You can walk up to coles and kmart, and personally i really loved the rspca opshop nearby, as well as the Southern Hotel and parks. Avenue was the perfect location for that city feel, being close enough drive to the city centre, without the noise and business of being there. It was quiet, refreshing, and amazing worth for the money spent there. The bed was very comfortable!! If you're looking for a great, private place to stay that isnt too expensive and definitely worth the money, with a fancy room that includes everything you would need for a short or long stay, I would definitely recommend this motel.

We were so delighted to stay at Avenue Motel Apartments. The rooms were modern with lots of conveniences and very clean. The receptionist was so welcoming and did everything she could to make our stay great. Its very conveniently located too. Would highly recommend Avenue Motel Apartments if you are staying in Toowoomba.

I had an excellent stay! The room was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, making it a comfortable and relaxing space. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Great stay. This was the second time staying and it was faultless. Check-in was friendly & efficient, parking was super easy and the rooms were well equipped, modern and clean. I would highly recommend for short stay accommodation in Toowoomba.

Super happy we chose the Avenue Motel for our weekend away. Super comfy bed and pillows, we were given an upgrade to a King sized bed, large room with a little balcony with a table and chairs, proper wine glasses and milk for our cuppas. Perfect

A home away from home. Absolutely wonderful stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows! The location is excellent, It was so helpful having a washer and dryer in the room, made travel so much easier. The pin code entry is so good, not having to remember a key when you go. Everything was clean and tidy, parking on site. Definitely booking again. Definitely recommend.

Avenue Motel Apartments... what else is to say but FANTASTIC!!! We are return guests here, and this will always be our first choice in Toowoomba. We give it 5 stars and would rate it more if we could. The rooms are always so clean, comfy, and just perfect! The staff has always been super pleasant and helpful, and nothing has ever been an issue. Luv it guys thanks soo much!

This motel is No. 1 on Trip Adviser but it is difficult to see why. The cooking facilities provided in the room were minimal and the motel is not as well located to the areas we wanted to visit (CPD & public gardens) as I would have liked. We would look for a motel closer next time.

You cannot rate this hotel highly enough! Amazing, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable, clean, new rooms and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. I accidently left my iPhone charger and they called me to let me know! Simply outstanding service from start to finish - the only hotel I will stay at whenever I need to come to Toowoomba!

A very nice, clean and modern room and good value. I enjoyed my stay and will always stay here when I am visiting Toowoomba. Polite and efficient management making check in very easy. Also, I found the location very handy to nearby restaurants etc.

Stayed 2 nights on my first trip to Toowoomba at Avenue Apartments. It was fantastic, 5 stars. Easy access and easily accessible as it's right in the middle of Ruthven St. Staff were courteous as they informed me of hot spots and local eateries. Referral to Picnic Point was spot on. Enjoyed my stay cheers!

Very nice, new/modern facility that is very clean, secure (swipe card or pin number room access), clean and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is EV charging available which was a nice surprise as an EV driver. Will definitely stay again.
