落基山麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rocky Mount, NC)

We did not like this hotel at all! We chose it because it is located halfway between two cities we stopped at during our driving vacation. The area it is in did not feel very safe. And it did not look very clean.I requested a quiet room. But the check-in staff explained that: when you book with Ctrip they will automatically assign you the worst and noisiest room. I asked to change the room. They said it cannot be changed. The entire night there were sounds of people walking loudly over our room and things thudding above us. The bed frame was even shaking from it sometimes. We could hardly sleep all night. It ruined one entire day of our vacation :(

The Country Inn is a very nice place to stay. The room was very clean, up to date amenities, towels were soft and fluffy, and the bed was very comfortable. For a small fee the hotel allows pet under 50lbs. The complimentary breakfast was good and the eating area was very clean.. The customer service was excellent. The refrigerator in the room we were first assigned was not working so I reported it to the receptionist, and she immediately changed our room. We will return.

Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. Not to clean, breakfast was awful. Bathroom needs a good cleaning , floors and walls.

First of all the room, we had the bedding in that room has not been change,it has been used by somebody...i dont know !!.They have found us another room for that night. Very noisy that night...

The room was very dusty, like it hadn’t been used in awhile. It did not smell clean. Towel shelf was falling off the bathroom wall. No tissue in the tissue holder. Mattress cover was scrunched up under the sheet and could not fix it. The bed frame stuck out on one side of the bed. It was very dangerous!! Luckily I saw before I cut myself on it. Very noisy!!

This location was quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and Hostess in kitchen was friendly and very helpful

Clean and comfortable. The wifi did not work in the room that we were first assigned but the front desk worked to move us to one where it did.

I’m from Florida. The heat was nonexistent in the room. Woke up freezing, discovered the heat was NEVER going to work. End of story. Oh yeah, nice breakfast.

The room did not smell fresh. There was an odor in the room. The main issue I experienced was a mechanical device making noises quite often throughout both nights of my stay which caused my family and myself to not sleep well. Very disappointed about that.
