大使套房酒店(Ambassador Inn and Suites)

We went to the Cape for a bridal shower and just stayed one night. The rooms were just renovated and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Kerry was so nice and helpful. Check in was fast and the man was very informative about all our needs at the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t too good. But everything else about this place was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

Check in was extremely easy and the person at the counter was very informational. After that, we got to our room and it was clean, comfortable and very nice. Our stay itself was very good. The indoor and outdoor pool were very nice and clean, along with the hot tub. We weren’t able to utilize the sauna. Housekeeping was incredibly nice and helpful when I asked questions. One person at the front desk I interacted with a couple of times didn’t seem like they wanted to be there, but overall the stay was very good. The continental breakfast never was utilized as the line to get the hot food was too long, but we ended up going to breakfast somewhere local and had fun. Overall, would stay again. Thank you.

There was a youth hockey team there when we were there and they were running up and down the halls and screaming until midnight and were never spoken to by staff or parents. I understand kids will be kids but not all night long

Narrow treads and steep angle of stairs is a safety issue carrying bags (even carry-ons) up and especially down. Put elderly people on the first floor. Messy contrasting color repairs on outside walkways and worn carpet in public areas makes the property look "tired". However, the rooms were very nice especially the updated bathrooms. The beds were great and maid service exceptional! Also, recommend to consider replacing carpets in rooms with hard services when it's time.

The front desk clerk, David, and the housekeeper who serviced our room were wonderful. First time since Covid that we’ve gotten our room refreshed without asking! Breakfast food quality was poor. Overall, hotel had been updated and beds were comfortable. Rooms were spacious.

Staff was polite but not friendly - no smiles at all. The bathroom was clean but faucet and tub drain needed repair. Central location of indoor pool makes hallways damp and muggy. Overall unpleasant smell in rooms.

I choose this hotel to go with my family we had a wonderful time there the kids enjoy the pool the breakfast was so so we didn’t like the eggs but overall was good.. we thinking going back before the kids started school

It’s not fancy, but This was a nice surprise. Looked a little shopworn from the front, but the bathroom was freshly renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C was super cold. The staff was friendly. Indoor pool and hot tub unexpected and welcome.

La moquette des couloirs etaient catastrophique, odeur de fermeture. Pas de gym, pas de machines de lavage, le climatiseur fait beaucoup de bruit. Sinon la chambre est tres propres confortable, lespiscines excellentes.
