服務態度好，房間不錯

Check in was simple and easy. Super spacious living and dining area. Excellent location. Overall very good except for being on the lowest floor which is very dark throughout the day. Bathroom and kitchen amenities are complete. Also the reception charged me $1 on arrival without even mentioning it is absolutely unacceptable. Only when I asked about on departure, they said it was solely to verify my credit card and would be released. Well, I suppose I should be notified by them rather than by my bank.

部屋は清潔で広々として設備も整っていて快適でした。最初は普通のホテルを予約していましたが、すべての点でこのアパートメントホテルにして良かったです。本当にお勧め出来ます。私たちは日本人なので、欲を言えばバスタブがあると完璧でした。また、利用したいと思います。

Always a great spot, very convenient to the train and surrounding shops. Spacious and clean accommodation and welcoming reception. The only drawbacks are a lack of shelf space in the bathroom and shower, and the digital key entry is too fiddly.

lied to me about being fully booked when the site online said otherwise, walked in on by cleaners at inappropriate time and no knock , rude service , felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome like i was doing something wrong by staying there ? very upset

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it won't be my last. The staff were very friendly and accomodating (I asked to check in early). The room was spotless and had great amenities. Highly recommend.

Great location.very clean and convenient parking . Room looked onto car park was not inspiring!

Condition is terrific - like brand new. Loved the Foxtel on Demand. Had all I needed. Parking is limited and via a car lift....so in and out is not straightforward, but detailed instructions provided on keyfob. Had room 207, so lower level and at the back. It was super quiet as it faced the concrete wall of next door building. You need to have a smart phone and download an app to use an electronic key for your room. There is no other option for access. Was not particularly impressed with the privacy policy of the App company (JustIN) but booking was already made and non-refundable, so just had to suck it up and run the risk. I’d definitely stay again through.

The room was a good size as we weren't spending much time in it, due to the fantastic location. I was freezing when we got back at night, and the heater kept switching itself off, TV remote didn't work, and the reception forgot to give us the swipe card for the lift. None of which are huge issues but all combined just takes away from the property a little.

Always a great place to stay but this time the pumped air scent was very cloying and overpowering.. go back to the French pear!

We loved our stay at District, plenty of room in the apartment for the whole family and short walk to all the activities we had planned.

Property was in the area we were after. Easy walk to station and shops. Highly recommend.
