66號公路酒店，斯普林菲爾德，伊利諾伊(Route 66 Hotel, Springfield, Illinois)

Unfortunately this place has gone way downhill since the last time I stayed here years ago. Musty mildew smell, smoke smell. I had to stay here for a week due to family matters and I told them about the strong smoke smell in my room and asked to be moved and the gentleman told me unfortunately I can’t guarantee that if I move you that you won’t smell it in another room. I mean really isn’t it supposed to be a smoke free facility! Then on top of all this my room had bed bugs. I told the girl at the front desk and all she could say was “well I’m sorry about that”. Are you flipping kidding me! I have bites all over me. The furniture is disgusting. I’m attaching photos so everyone will be aware .

The entire place is dated, as it was designed to be. Lot of fascinating items to see. Room was fine, with the exception being that the toilet needed the bolts tightened to the ground. Awfully loose. The other notable problem was that if you punch in the address to GoogleMaps, you'll never find the place. Had to call the hotel for better directions.

My original room was more basic than expected but fine for an overnight. The bed was the wrong size and it smelled very heavily of pot smoke. I called the front desk right away, and they gave me another room. They were very apologetic, and the room they gave me was much nicer. They also have an on-site restaurant with very reasonable prices and late night hours on days later in the week. Positive stay.

ルート66 を旅する人にとっては、聖地の様なものです。ロビーや廊下に、所狭しと記念品が置いて有ります。また外のサインもノスタルジック。 部屋は広いものの、服をかける所が無かったりティシュペーパーが無かったり、値段なりの施設。

Refused to let me check in after i refused to give the girlbat the counter $100 cash only to check me in. Sorry stayed there multiple times thats never been a thing and not gonna just randomly give someone $100 cash only that isnt mentioned in the agreement i signed.

Avendo scelto di fare la router 66 ci sembrava carino fermarci in questo hotel. La piscina era abbandonata da tempo, e la stanza essenziale ma davvero angusta

Unique about the property was the dice roll for an upgrade! That is a great idea, especially since I won!! The room was great! The tub was great! Kicks was awesome!! We really had a wonderful stay!

Lots of Route 66 memorabilia. Very nice to have restaurant attached

It wasn't the Ritz Carlton but the staff made it worth it to stay there they were all very friendly and helpful with anything that I wanted or needed.
