底特律南菲爾德萬豪酒店(Detroit Marriott Southfield)

no microwave in your room..common in most hotels,was told there isnt 1 because they had restaurant and breakfast buffet; the mgr. called and said l could of had 1 if l ask. l did ask!! button in refrigerator that keeps it on for 2 hrs and shuts down. Was traveling with a med that needed to be kept cold. Had to keep it in a cup with ice in it.Told that all of their units did that by night mgr.but next day after complaint to corporate was called by day mgr. and was told no, they stay on...no it didnt. No hair dryer in the bathroom but posted on their site, several more issues that made it a "never again there" stay.

Staff was very good. Refurbished rooms are nice. The walls are thin and there was a lot of traffics noise and other noise in the hallway. Beds were ok comfort wise. Nice Tv. Bathroom updated. Shower gel completely empty and seems to have been empty for a while.

Normally this place is great. This time it seem different. When I got there the person helping to check me wasn’t extremely rude but definitely seemed frustrated i interrupted whatever he was doing on his phone. Then I never had my room cleaned the entire stay. I will most likely continue to stay there as every other time it was great but just giving some feedback of my latest stay.

I've stayed at the majority of the major hotels around Southfield/Detroit and this Marriott is just "OK". Honestly, I had a better experience at the Courtyard by Marriott next door (and it's cheaper)... But this one is a bit newer and better maintained.

Hotel was very clean and comfort bed.Love the light up mirror in bathroom and walk in shower. However I wish I had a microwave in room

Everything is beautiful and the staff is awesome. The heater and hot water are preset. My mom and aunt were cold because I couldn’t adjust the temperature and wanted to take a hot shower.

The hotel was an absolute circus with guests making noise through the hotel literally all night long until morning. (It seemed like there were two large groups using the hotel that night.) Given the reputation of the Mariott brand, I'm disappointed that staff if not manage the situation. We chose it instead of another similarly rated hotel nearby due to the strength of the brand. I wish we hadn't.

The bed was not the most comfortable, I was not able to get any rest during my stay nor was my partner. The internet connection did not work properly, it was spotty and the connection didn't allow me to connect to the internet. I was unable to complete work on the laptop that I needed to complete.

I liked the workout room. I used a treadmill for the first time in my life. I walked off stress and grief in 1 hour. The staff was great even though they didn’t know what I was going through.
