TERRIBLE experience. Stayed for a wedding, checked in 11/3 and out 11/6.
On 11/7 (day after checkout) my CC was charged $79.20, and then on 11/8 it was charged $30.55 twice-- so a total of $140.30 in charges.
We aren't local to CT so I had to call them instead of going in person to ask what the charges were about. The first time I called I was met with "I haven't worked the front desk in awhile so I'll have the guy who was working the desk when you were here call you back"-- I waited 3 days and didn't get a phonecall. I called again, and was told the same.
3rd time I called, I was told they'll refund me the $79.20 but that's it-- they insisted we extended our stay. I said I have my boarding passes to prove I was not in CT, nor did I extend my stay, and only then did they agree to refund me the full amount. They told me it would post in 24-36 hours.
Well, 3 more business days went by and I still had no refund, so I called again. Was told they refunded it to a CC ending in "xyz"-- that I don't own. Then he backtracked and read my actual CC number to me and told me that's the one they refunded it to. I said listen dude, this is now the FOURTH time I've called you guys, and I still have no refund. Nothing was refunded. I was met with "call your bank then".
I ended up having to call Chase bank to dispute the charges, which is ongoing as of now. 0/10 recommend giving them your business. And while I'm at it, we had no hot water our entire stay.
