布賴頓海岸酒店(Brighton Shores)

Very friendly staff and people staying or living in the apartments. Easy transport to Pacific Fair or Australia Fair. The apartment had a beautiful view and loved the amount of space. Only downside was a lot of lights didn't work and the maintenance of the property was a little dated. Otherwise very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a week with 7 people. It was an excellent space with easy access to various amenities in the area. The pools and spa were awesome too. A perfect launching point for theme parks and shopping. 😀

立地もよく、目の前のトラムで近隣のショッピングモールにも移動できました。朝からやってるコーヒーショップとマーケットもあり、とても便利でした。部屋も広くて綺麗でした。

Our stay in February 2023 We believe feedback & reviews are always good so you can improve for other guests. 1. My husband had to unblock the sink in the bathroom on our first day as the water wouldn't empty. 2. I wasn't able to slide the glass door open onto the verandah as it seemed off the sliders. My husband also had trouble & hurt his shoulder(making 2 Physio appointments to give him relief while we were there) on the first day opening it. We mentioned this to Karen who said she couldn't open it either. 3.. The toilet seat fell off. 4. We had to have the bottom sheet changed & remade as it had large stains (looked like mildew). This was rectified after we brought it to Karens attention. 5. The large (blocked with dust) air vent in the lounge/kitchen area was blowing a dusty smell giving me sinus. My husband sprayed it with a sanitiser & had to suck the accumulated dust out of the vent with the vacuum cleaner. 6. The chairs on the verandah had rusted legs at the bottom which made it uneven when we used them to sit on. This could have caused one of us to fall off the chair.

Nice property, excellent location….close to tram, parks, restaurants and groceries. Views are spectacular, two pools one indoor, one outdoor. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable, bedroom carpets clean but worn out. Better supplies of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and kitchen amenities such as salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated.

Lovely apartment, great views, good location, we would definitely stay there again when we are on the Gold Coast.

Splendid location for retail and dining experiences. Only issue i had was the blinds are only privacy thickness so at 5am the sun woke us up...regardless of the time we went to sleep.

Firstly the WOTIF property name is nowhere on the property; this is NOT Brighton on Broadway Shores, the property is named as Shores and that was VERY hard to find. Secondly their is nowhere to park prior to booking in unless you know there are bays available underground for shoppers Thirdly identification of underground parking bays is ATROCIOUS and added another 30 minutes to the check in process Fourth, the lift key fob provided did NOT WORK and I was stranded in the lift (without phone reception) for another 30 minutes until let out by a resident using the car park The unit itself was VERY nice and well worth the price; the location after day one proved excellent and the A/Hours support was very good, thanks

I loved how the apartment had windows everywhere up on the 22nd floor. What a great view we had when we sat out at the deck! It had a kitchen and a washer and dryer also.
