Lovely hotel in a lovely location. This is the second time I have stayed, and I don't want to stay anywhere else now.

First visit to Southport and we were so happy with this hotel. It is in a very good location near the town centre and beautiful marine lake. We went on the promenade train which stopped just near the hotel. We drove to the seafront today and had a lovely walk. Will definitely stay here next time we come.

Absolutely amazing place, the receptionist upon check in was lovely, friendly and extremely helpful, we upgraded to a suite at check in and it did not disappoint, floor to ceiling windows, balcony, very large spacious rooms with everything you need, hotel was immaculate everywhere, checkout was very easy, would definitely recommend,

Large bright rooms. Very comfortable beds and pillows to die for. We were in Southport for a family event and so did not eat in the hotel. Huge underground car park, but a bit pricey at £15 per night

Hotel was good and in a good location. Few issues with room. Window let in water and shower was really noisy and cold tap switch on shower was broken. Breakfast was ok, but had to report that juice glasses were dirty. Overall it was ok and would probably go back during spring/summer months.

My second stay here, in recent weeks…great hotel….lovely clean room….friendly staff. Breakfast was nice….although I would have loved some mushrooms on my breakfast as being vegetarian the cooked breakfast is always limited….in most places.

This is a modern hotel in a lovely location of Southport, which is in walking distance of the town centre. There is parking on site and car parks local to hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made the so good. The rooms are a good size and are clean. We have been numerous times to this hotel and are never disappointed. Great views from room windows of lake or bridge. Thoroughly recommend.
