拉珀拉酒店(Hotel la Perla)

Ho prenotato questo hotel per motivi personali che mi portavano a Siena .poi il mio "motivo" si e annullato ma ho disdetto la prenotazione 4 giorni prima della data di arrivo come richiedeva la struttura.il sabato che dovevo partire nonostante io avevo avvisato l hotel che sarei arrivata il pomeriggio mi ha contattato alle 13 per sapere perché non mi sono presentata e li già mi puzzava perché la signora sapevo benissimo che io arrivavo il pomeriggio.poi mi arriva un e mail da booking perché e da lì che ho fatto la prenotazione che la struttura voleva il risarcimento per mancato arrivo e per mancata disdetta.ho mandato l email a booking con la mia mail che dichiaravo di Aver disdetto...e che non so cosa sia successo.comunque se dovessi tornare a Siena al hotel la perla non alloggerei di sicuro perché creare inutili discussioni non ha senso quando io avevo tutto in regola e non mi venissero a dire che non avevano letto l'email perché sennò

Posizione centrale ma gli spazi della camera sono a gusti e scomodi, difficile gestirsi in due. Il bagno manca di ogni confort riscaldamento compreso. Non ci tornerei

Très bon accueil Chambre confortable propre et bien équipée J’avais la fenêtre sur une petite cour mais c’est pas très grave, la chambre c’est pour dormir et sa toilette donc tout va bien

Hôtel dont l'emplacement est la grande force. Vraiment en plein centre historique de Sienne. Accueil souriant. Tout est propre. A contrario, ma chambre était sombre et petite. La fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure, c'était parfois bruyant. Le bac à douche est très étroit. Cependant, une bonne adresse, même si ça me paraît un peu cher (68 €).

Hotel essenziale senza pretese, comodissimo per la sua centralità (a pochi passi da piazza del Campo). Personale cortese. Stanza minimale, il bagno molto molto funzionale, soprattutto la doccia. C'è anche asciugacapelli.

Pour le prix, c’est vraiment honteux. La chambre est minuscule, la douche est étroite. Le lit n’est pas confortable. Le petit déjeuner compris c’est un croisant et une boisson et c’est tout, on a pas la possibilité de demander plus. Franchement passer son chemin.

Beautiful view from the budget friendly rooms in the towers, just had to watch not hitting my head on the ceiling!

Outstanding location but worst shower ever. Towels were not replaced when wet. Shower curtain kept trying to block the drain causing the floor to flood. Very small area to stand in and the controls were easy to bump if you moved much. Position of loo was awkward as could hit shoulder or head on handbasin when you stand up. Night staff guy was great and spoke very good English. Glad we were on level 2 once we saw the metal spiral stairs to level 3. Halls echoed so anyone moving around at night disturbed others.

Lovely little apar**ent located a minute or twos walk from Piazza del Campo. We went for the Palio and it was a complete thrill a few lessons we have learned will make it easier to navigate when we return, although the secrets of how to arrange seating on the bleachers remains a closely guarded secret. Read up on the city first to fully appreciate the history and culture. On a negative point, be prepared to be in amongst the rudest most discourteous Italians I have ever met.
