疫情前幾年住過一次，這次住2晚行政層，感覺非常好！除了地理位置不像其它兩家Taj離商場近外，確實豪華舒適，名不虛傳。除了歡迎水果和巧克力，特別驚喜的是晚上提供的泡腳服務。以後再來都會選擇這家！

I had an exceptional stay at The Leela Palace. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The property itself is stunning, blending traditional architecture with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered a serene view. The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of international and local selections, all delicious. The spa and wellness facilities were also top-notch, making it a truly relaxing experience. 服務一流！只是房間面積比同價位的其他飯店略小。但除此之外，食物、服務等各方面都無可挑剔！員工訓練有素，彬彬有禮。

Stayed here with my family for two nights. The service and the staff here are amazing and always willing to help. The only downside is the breakfast variety, thought it would have been better if they had more choices. Otherwise, we had a good time at Hyatt, Chennai.

Very polite and helpful staff who accommodated our needs. Tasty food available in restaurant. Clean rooms. Attractive decor. Thank you.

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.

位於T Nagar購物區中心的一家很棒的酒店。位置非常方便,交通方便。酒店工作人員超級棒,細心周到,滿足了我們的要求,確保了我們的住宿很好。早餐很棒。房間有點過用,開始看到它越來越舊。也許很快就會需要一些刷新。總的來說,9個10個住宿。

我和妻子7月中旬在那裏住了3-days,整體入住感覺不錯,很愉快,我們藉此機會感謝Ramar先生(經理@Cilantro)不僅禮貌專業,他竭盡全力幫助我們走出困境,在第一天的複雜局勢中。 在展示他的專業精神方面,拉馬爾先生值得的 PAT 但我不能對旅行經理巴拉吉先生說同樣的話,他強烈反對,甚至沒有尋求任何其他途徑或替代辦法來幫助我們,完全 沒有任何同情心,因爲我們是遊客,無法進入你所有的設施 我們認爲這是一個重大挫折,因爲它反映了可怕的客戶服務

We felt super welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we alighted our transport from the airport. The staff were all pleasant and warm, making the stay really comfortable and cosy. Room was comfortably sized and clean, toilet was also clean. There were many channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was great, we especially loved the live stations where we can order dosa and scrambled eggs. Loved the chai.  Our room was also facing the river and we could raptor watch quite close from our window! Super exciting watching Black Kites swooping around.  The only down side is that soundproofing wasn’t the best and amenities look a little aged, but we aren’t too bothered and still enjoyed our stay.
