提供 Spa 服務的農維酒店

「We have mixed feelings about this resort. First, it is located right next to Nungwi Beach, making it easy to book various tours. Most of the staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful, and the entire resort is well-designed. However, two friends of mine ordered drinks at the pool, and the staff charged them incorrectly. My friend only discovered this in the morning when we were leaving. The concierge staff was not helpful; he promised he would look into the receipt after we left. When my friend called a few days later, the staff who answered hung up on her, and she was never able to get through again. Also, the staff didn’t tell us about how early we should call to order takeaway breakfast. We called at 10 PM the night before, and the staff member said she would see what she could do because it was already too late. In the end, we didn't have any food to take with us.」
