酒店非常不錯，衞生也是比較好，房間也不是太小，衞生間不大，自己停車一晚收費37美元

我們在迪士尼樂園和迪士尼加州冒險之旅期間在這裏住了4晚,我們的經歷簡直就是例外。從開始到結束,一切都是無縫的。 接待人員始終如一地樂於助人,富有洞察力,顯然是他們所做的專家,你可以告訴他們對自己的工作感到驕傲。酒店本身一塵不染,維護得很好。每天提供免費早餐。雖然早餐不太符合我個人的口味,但我認識到這是一個偏好的問題。 我們的房間配備了微波爐,迷你冰箱,甚至浴缸。空調和暖氣完美地配合在一起,我們欣賞了城市的可愛景色。它真的感覺像一個家外之家。 多年來我們住過很多酒店,這很容易成爲最好的酒店之一,我們下次訪問絕對會回來。

溫泉酒店位置很方便,很乾淨,工作人員也很友好,如果想帶泳池出現,需要穿過停車場到他們家其他酒店,不太方便。除此之外,這是一個非常好的住宿地點。

這是我們第一次在海濱海灘度假村,將是我們在該地區時的新去處。我們受到與我們接觸的每個人的如此親切的對待。在入住後,我們被升級爲丈夫bday的套房。真是一種享受!舒適的牀,誘人的區域。我們在12月聖誕節前幾周就在這裏,它是如此美麗!孩子們的有趣活動(這次沒有和我們一起旅行),但他們有聖誕老人和灰熊拍照。在Cabo Wabo吃晚餐一晚和週末自助早餐一上午都很好。停車有點貴(每晚50美元),最終增加了我們的住宿,但在加州似乎很正常。離海灘步步高,房間海景美。5/5明星給我們!

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

非常乾淨，安靜，離迪士尼坐lyft/uber五分鐘，藥局，7/11走路約10分鐘，還算安全，嫌遠lobby也有商店，可刷房卡或信用卡付費，但價格沒標示不曉得多少。飯店沒有免費無線網路也無有線網路孔，但你可以打電話跟櫃檯要promotion code免費加入Hilton Honor會員,也可免費用一兩天。兩張雙人床非常適合家庭。浴室有浴缸，但沒有免治馬桶。有衣櫥，金庫，熨斗，沒有煮水壺，但有咖啡機，小冰箱。找不到不打掃房間的牌子。總結，非常推薦Hilton Anaheim，下次還會來住。

從這個地方辦理入住和退房非常方便。然而，當你移動時床會發出吱吱聲。需要更換床，因為當你想睡個好覺時它很煩人。早餐的選擇需要稍微改進一下。除此之外，這對於我們的週末度假來說非常方便。

非常乾淨！離迪士尼樂園也不遠，而且我們兩天都找到了停車位，這對我來說至關重要。我唯一的問題是辦理入住時，幫我辦理入住的男士非常友善，但他旁邊櫃檯的女士卻非常粗魯，她從他手裡拿走我的身份證，盯著看，然後又用一種指責的語氣看著我。我不知道她是不是覺得我的身分證是假的，但那場面很尷尬，也很沒禮貌。另一個問題是，我們大約8:30下樓吃早餐（早餐9:30結束），發現食物幾乎都賣完了（只剩下一些土豆、麥片和燕麥粥），當我們問廚房工作人員是否會補貨時，他們卻很不耐煩地無視我們，直到最後才有人告訴我們，他們今天就只剩下這些了。總的來說，飯店的位置和房間都很棒，但部分工作人員的態度有點令人失望。 （除了那位幫我們辦理入住的男士，他非常友善！）體驗不算糟糕，但如果付了這麼多錢，我希望得到更好的服務。

入住前的行李寄存也很靈活。 公園關閉後,我在午夜1點辦理了入住手續,但是我能夠毫無問題地做出迴應。 淋浴器中的水壓很弱,但是熱水立即流出。

房間衞生很好，設施和美國其他酒店差不多，有電暖氣。外廊式房間，感覺有點不安全哈，昨天半夜外面鬧騰了不少聲響，有點擔心。人少出行不建議住。有簡單美式早餐
