The hotel was very clean The tub had a crack in it and the one shelf in the back room was coming off the wall Had great hotel service The swimming pool was amazing Wish they had a hot tub though

Enjoyed staying at this hotel again. Our third time for an annual September event. Hotel is spotlessly clear, very nice pool and the hotel is well run in general. I had a problem with my reservation (totally due to my own lack of planning) and Tori, who works at the front desk, got it all straightened out. “I’ll make it happen” she said. And she did! Thanks again Tori 🙏

Basic hotel near the highway. Staff were helpful and friendly but things looked a bit run down and the breakfast options were limited.

The so called manager cancelled my payment, added $150 & wanted payment for the new amount. My card declined because I don't get the refund for 5 days. We had to leave the room and miss out on New Years plans. I was treated poorly, disrespected. Also, the room was dirty and the fridge had visible dirt and was sticky. She should be fired!

A friend and I stayed at this hotel as I was having surgery early in the morning on a Tuesday so we stayed Monday night and the night after surgery. Monday night was fine. We left early in the morning to go to Highland hospital, anticipating after surgery to return to a refreshed room with fresh washcloths and towels. Well when we did return the bed was unmade and the dirty towels and washcloths still lying on the floor in the bathroom. The next morning we called for clean towels and washcloths we were told to come get them ourselves. The front desk clerk apparently preferred to be on her cellphone. My family and I have stayed at Hampton Inn for years. This time extremely disappointing.

Walking up to the entrance there was wet cardboard by the front door. Lobby did not smell clean, pool was closed and we were not notified ahead of time. The person working the desk didnt make any effort to help us get a room at a diffent Hampton Inn, didnt offer any other accommodations or alternatives. Clealry didnt care. They cancled our reservations for free but I was not able to get a refund for 24hrs up to 7 days. I'll never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The pool was closed which is the main reason we booked this for this kids. The outside of the building was coming down in pieces and have road cones all around it. The rooms had what looked to be blood stains all over the carpet. The room was falling apart and stained all over. The bed was yellow from the box springs up. We checked in at 3:30pm and out by 8pm because it was so gross.

The woman who check us in was less than friendly and made us feel as though we were annoying her, however was very nice to the people behind us. The room was clean and updated. Breakfast was great and the staff there made up for the rude front desk lady. They need cheese on the buffet for multiple items!
