We stayed 3 nights in this very unique 'hotel'. There are rooms in different buildings, and these buildings might look old from the outside, but from the inside, oh man.. there was beautiful little garden/patio and our room was very beautiful and spacious. The staff were very friendly and professional. Location is good. Breakfast was served in local restaurant a couple of min walk away (not that versatile breakfast).

We stayed 3 nights and loved it! we had our own apartment with a kitchen, small living room upstairs and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. Breakfast is taken at one of the nearby restaurants, super tasty. The location is unbeatable. Highly recommended!!

We stayed 3 nights in Divota Apartments in a superior room with balcony. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome & shown to our apartment, a couple of minutes away from reception. The Apartments are situated in the surrounding area not clustered all together. Don't be put off by this. As locations are off the main streets tucked away in small courtyards. Our apartment was spacious & appointed to a high level. Comfortable king size bed, sofa area & bathroom with a washing machine which came in handy as our baggage was delayed by KLM for 3 days. The balcony consisted of small table & 2 chairs outside the entrance door overlooking the small courtyard which worked for us. The apartment gave us the space & amenities we needed during our stay in Split. The staff were always on hand if we needed anything & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, close to central Split & Dicoletians Palace with lots of squares filled with restaurants. Near to a little supermarket & pharmacy. Great location.

What a lovely place to stay, crisp clean bed linen, fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels, lovely toiletries, big fridge with kettle, tea and coffee…staff lovely and very accommodating. Ideal location for bars and restaurants, breakfast is included, not at the actual hotel but only a 5 minute walk away, sitting outside on a sunny morning was just lovely ! No complaints, thank you for a lovely stay

The Divota Apartment Hotel was perfect for our stay. We had a comfort double with balcony room. The room was very clean and the room service was excellent. There was a fridge of a decent size and both kettle and nespresso coffee maker, perfect for a quality coffee in the mornings. The bath/shower combo was of a good size with room to move, unlike some other European hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was both large and comfortable.The balcony was a lovely size, a perfect place to relax after along day sightseeing. The reception staff were very helpful and gave lots of tips on places to visit and how to get there, we would definitely recommend a trip to Trogir via the Bura line ferry for 7euros pp each way. The breakfast was in a restaurant not attached to the hotel, it is only a few minutes walk away, and was excellent. My only complaints were that the bed was a bit too low, the balcony furniture could have been a bit bigger/more comfortable and I could not use the door key system at all, luckily my partner could. Overall I would highly recommend staying here.

This “hotel” is a collection of apartments in the old part of the city. Ours was a 2 level with a large terrace. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine was such a plus. Super clean, comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend and would stay here again, for sure. We were in #402

Appartamento monolocale molto carino e pulito, con spazioso bagno con doccia, completo anche di lavatrice. Volendo è disponibile la SPA per un bel massaggio. Posizione delle camere in zona centrale comodissima. Colazione molto ricca, presso bar, ristorante Bajamonti situato in una bella piazza vista porto.

A lovely stay with wonderful considerate staff. We stayed for a couple of nights at this unique property. The staff went out of their way to make us very comfortable. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. Complimentary milk for coffee and water are provided. The meditation garden was beautiful.
