美憬閣 Fermai 斯普利特遺產酒店(Heritage Hotel Fermai Split MGallery)

Un très bel hôtel. Personnel très agréable et petit déjeuner top ( notamment panna cotta et creme catalane ! ) . Très bien situé même si au premier abord on peut être inquiet par l’environnement. Tout près du centre historique sans le bruit. Je recommande vivement.

On devait être à un autre hôtel mais j’avais refusé la chambre, le propriétaire nous a suggérer sans frais supplémentaire cet hôtel. Chambre très petite, à deux on était très à l’étroit, belle décoration, en fait, toute la décoration de l’hôtel est très jolie. Coffret, télé, wifi, minibar tous est correct sauf le minibar qui n’est pas froid, je l’ai mentionné et on me dit que tout est normal??? J’ai apporté une bouteille du minibar à la réception, on me dit qu’effectivement ce n’est pas froid. Notre chambre était au 1er étage côté rue qui est très passante, donc très bruyante. Stationnement à 17 euros.

Accueil sympathique à notre arrivée. Belles chambres confortables. Mais… Les suites, suite junior et chambres luxe sont sur le devant de l’hôtel qui donne sur une intersection entre deux routes très fréquentées jour et nuit. Malgré des fenêtres double vitrage, on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue et du fait on ne dort pas! Pas à la hauteur d’un MacGallery. Et encore moins d’un commentaire qui décrivait l’hôtel comme au calme! Petits déjeuner très moyens et service peu prévenant. Omelette trop cuite. Buffet pas réapprovisionné sans demande des clients. Pas de choix de thé. Lorsque l’on demande un thé vert on peu avoir un thé vert simple ou au citron ou autre au choix de la serveuse… L’hôtel n’a ni piscine, ni spa, ni vraie terrasse ou bar digne de ce nom. Il fournit toutefois des serviettes pour aller à la plage… mais charge ce service avec un supplément pour des serviettes de plages usées et dépareillées. Membre platinum en voyage en famille j’ai demandé à être downgradé pour la dernière nuit afin de pouvoir enfin dormir. Aucun geste de l’établissement. Plus jamais, une grande déception

First of all location location location! A beautiful art deco hotel situated in a historic building steps away from the old city . The hotel staff itself extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tastefully decorated. A sumptuous breakfast was part of our stay Recommend highly

We really, really loved this hotel and can’t believe that there aren’t more reviews! We checked in rather late (10 pm) and were well received and let in to our reserved parking spot, to which we received directions well in advance by mail. Parking in Split can be a nightmare so to be able to book parking in advance by the hotel this close to Diocletian’s palace is a dream. This was our second time visiting Split and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The decor is tasteful art nouveau, well thought out and everything looks brand new. The hotel is very quiet (with three glass windows) although located in central Split. Bathroom was spacious with a shower that didn’t leak (which me and my husband have found to be a rarity) and we even had a small balcony. The staff is so, so incredibly kind and will make sure you have a great stay. We received some recommendations on what to do on our remaining trip from no less than two of the members of the staff which we will make sure to check out. Thank you! The breakfast buffet may look small on some pictures but don’t be fooled. They have a menu that you can order from if you’d like something warm and the coffee is great. Thank you once again for great service and a pleasant stay. If we’re lucky enough to return to Split we’ll more than likely stay with you again.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. There are so many small touches that really make your stay special. The staff is warm and friendly. They gave us a terrific recommendation for a beach bar just outside of town that was perfect for us. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is spotless. The location is ideal - just an easy 5 minute walk to the old town. We loved it!

This is the best hotel we have stayed at on this trip in Croatia. The hotel is close to brand new and it is 5 min walk to all the main attractions so we get peace and convenience. Staff is very professional and friendly. Room and bed are so comfortable and chic. I highly recommend this boutique designer hotel.
